We had a party of 6. We had been here one other time with a bad experience. We tried it again because it was my daughters bday and she loved crab legs.The server was slow getting our appetizer order and drink order, by the time we got our appetizers is when we got our drinks. 3 people in our group ordered a crab boil. We asked for the crab crackers, we were told that once they are all given out there is no more. Who runs a restaurant that has crab legs with not enough crab crackers? All 3 in our party was struggling to actually eat their food. Also my daughter found a hair in her food. I had to get up and ask for ketchup after we had already asked for it when we ordered our appetizers of hush puppies and cheese sticks. It took forever to get our food. It was literally one thing after another. The waitress spilled the butter on our table and it was dripping off into the floor which they never cleaned up. We got the bill and the gratuity was included of $31, Which is ridiculous with the service we received. Needless to say WE WILL NEVER return. Don’t go and waste your time on this place. It’s awful! We found this spot to be not worthy of a second visit. All the combo meals are served in a bag and are shell-on seafood that you pay for BY THE POUND. The only fish options are fried and served in a basket with paper to catch the grease. The batter was so thick that I couldn't even taste the Oysters that I paid $15 for. They write your order on your paper table cover so you know what you ordered. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

They do a good job of trying to give the fish a fresh not frozen taste. The waiter we had was cool but the atmosphere was kind of blah. Maybe because it was early afternoon and they were saving their energy for the evening rush. Either way I enjoyed my experience and would recommend a visit if you are not hell bent on a fresh seafood experience. The sauce for the bags are good too. I love spicy and the top heat level did not disappoint. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Ben is the absolute bomb. Greeted me within 2 minutes. Had a drink within 3 and kept me entertained until my friend arrived. Very courteous and attentive throughout the experience. Horrible! We ordered online, and it stated 15 minutes. When we arrived, we had to wait 20 more minutes. Lady checked in on us and never returned. Bartender checked in on us and never returned. They weren't even busy. The food had NO seasoning. (Catfish and popcorn shrimp). The only good things were the fries and hush puppies. FIRST AND LAST TIME EARING THERE! Ben was amazing. I’m a server so iReally pay attention to detail. He genuinely cared. Drinks were great. And I’ll be back just because of him. My last visit was terrible and Ben made up for it. Our family is in town for the weekend and the first thing we asked the hotel clerk was where is the good seafood. She directed us to Juicy Crab and the experience did not disappoint! Our server Vinny helped us navigate the menu and was attentive to our needs. The food was fresh, the vibes and music playing made us feel like family. Most of us got the crab special. The seasoned garlic butter was perfect and the Juicy Hot was quite flavorful. I only have one minor complaint: the Juicy Medium was more salty than "seasoned flavor" and my rule is seasoned doesn't mean salt. A few of us added shrimp, and in the Juicy Hot mix, they were hands down our favorite! I can still taste it! Yum!
