1) Dark colored restaurant - felt like sitting in a tunnel. 2) Smell - As we entered the restaurant it smelled like damp and stinking oil. 3) Food - ordered sea food nasi goreng and sea food noodles but had to hunt for the sea food in it. Sea food here meant tiny fried shrimps. The food was oily enough to leave oil on the plate. 4) Service - we ordered coconut water but we were served with lime juice. Not recommended. Or you may try some local food like rice and curry may be. We dint have a good experience though, from the first step we entered in, due to the bad odor. Kottu is delicious. Restaurant is very Clean. Wash room is good. Reasonable price. Overall good... When you are traveling to Nuwara eliya, try it at Thalawakele. Food: 5 Service: 5
