Customer service was excellent. The lady who assisted us was really personable. Happy, go lucky, and provided great service. I got a mocha with half caffeine and half decaf. I was still super high from the caffeine. My friend got an ice coffee. It's not Starbucks, and I didn't expect it to be. If I'm in the area again and craving coffee, I'd stop here. Maybe I am just used to other coffee specialty places but seems my Snowman drink (which is their version of a White Chocolate Mocha that I wanted to order but didn't see it listed on the Menu) tasted only like a basic Iced Coffee. It was my 3rd time going and have tried other drinks (Iced Chai) that weren't too appealing to me either. Maybe I'm just ordering all the wrong ones haha. The servers were very friendly though...
