It was the first time any of us 4 had been to this location. The first thing each member of our party noticed and commented on was the beautiful interior design of the club house/restaurant. The staff was cordial but that is the extent of positive things I can say about our experience at this restaurant… Each and every entree was disappointing. Thursday is supposedly the restaurant’s signature weekly prime rib night. The $25 prime rib was under seasoned and over cooked. (It came out looking like the meat had been boiled) not to mention, the sides were bland and odd. The asparagus was unpleasant, and the mashed potatoes were oddly sweet, to the point that they were not eaten by either patrons who ordered the mashed potatoes. The $17 patty melt was dry, under seasoned, and barely melted. The first half of the sandwich the patron bit into had cold spots within it, while the other half was warmer and more melted. Which suggests both halves of the sandwich were not put symmetrically under a heat lamp, or even worse, were not cooked at the same time…to compound that disappointment, the patty melt included a side of fries where multiple fries were cold or even still frozen in the middle. And I can’t forget the most expensive item ordered, the $28 salmon entree. It was supposed to include an overall lemon flavor to the entree, rice and green beans. I am still searching for it. The rice was cooked well, but it was remarkably unflavored. the green beans were dry, and the salmon was undercooked. Leaving the patron with a very dissatisfying experience. the best tasting items were the appetizers, the soup of the day, and the salads. Which are hard to mess up. For the price, it was highly disappointing. Maybe this place is more ideal in the summer, during happy hours, when the weather is nice, and the “bar food” aka apps, burgers, pizzas, and beers are discounted. But I am very reluctant to give this place an other chance at the prices they list. Why pay $17-30 for each entree that you would prefer throw away rather than eat? This place is a hidden gem in NoCo. So many of the servers and bartenders are friendly and attentive like Mackenzie P, Scottie, and Kiera. And the managers Chris and Jessie are always there with a wonderful smile to say hi. Food is awesome especially the specials and their Mac and Cheese and has some of the best views in NoCo. 10/10 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been in numerous times over the past few years. New menu after new menu I can happily say I’ve never been dissatisfied. The bar and server staff are always on top of things making for a genuinely relaxing and lovely experience. The managers are very friendly and never hesitate to stop by your table to make sure your time in is as enjoyable as can be! Veronica has welcomed me in multiple mornings with the biggest smile and wonderful conversation. Overall this place has done me well and I hope to continue stopping by!! Wow!!! This place is amazing. Our bartenders Angela, Sarah and Mackenzie took such good care of us. Constantly attentive to our needs and our drinks were never empty. The food made by Aaron was so good. Best hot dogs on a golf course ever. Even the managers Chris and Steve stopped and checked on us. You won’t find better service than this! My wife and I are not members but we have eaten here for years enjoying the ambiance, typically at least very good service, decent menu all at a reasonable price. Tonight though some cracks appeared- 1) the appetizer (nachos) arrived suspiciously fast and they were pretty much cold. 2) a 5% service fee was buried in the bill. Cold food I can handle but the sleazy tactic of dishonestly hiding a price increase as a “service fee” is borderline theft. If they need to raise prices just raise the prices! My family and I absolutely love Pelican Lakes Grill-house and Sandbar! It’s extremely family friendly, safe and has the best staff. It’s also the only place in Windsor that has lunch, the food is great and prices are reasonable. There are holiday activities throughout the year that are unlike other establishments in area. It’s very social and not stuffy like other country clubs. Rony, Taylor, Angela and Sarah are just a few of the amazing bartenders/servers and beer cart ladies that make the place enjoyable. We can’t say enough about Steve the F&B GM , he makes us feel like family, his dedication to Pelican shines through in his work. Chris is also always on top of his game and so kind! Highly recommend. Had a great experience at The Grillhouse last night. It was a busy night with the Men's League. The servers did a fantastic job. Sierra made sure we knew that happy hour was coming to an end, in case we wanted to order off that menu. After ordering, she also reminded us of how we like to order light cheese on our pizza, which we often forget to tell the server. She remembered for us. All the servers, and management, were attentive to our table all evening. Love the menu and great variety of simple to gourmet. We have enjoyed every entree that we have tried. The Grillhouse has a beautiful view of the lakes and mountains. It is great to have the Sandbar and Grillhouse in our community. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love the new menu, food is great and presentation is beautiful. Our server was super attentive, the bar tender never let our drinks run out and the hostess was darling and extremely accommodating for our group. The food and service were above average. The bacon cheeseburger was the best I've had in Windsor despite being well done. The pizza was mediocre but the Mediterranean wrap was amazing. The mulled wine was phenomenal, very well done. The cheese curds and the totchos were the best thing I had this visit. I will definitely be back to try more off the menu, only real down sides are it's a bit pricey for the quantity you get and it's gets really loud.
