I came to try their savory buns because I've had their desserts and they're amazing.
Unfortunately the buns today were like way over done or something they were super soggy and just falling apart sticking to everything it was hard to enjoy and really messy extremely mushy. Not what I'm used to with pork buns. It also didn't taste very good, the filling did, but the bun part not so much. Also stuck really badly to the paper bag they put it in. And I ate it right away or tried to.
I will say their bakery goods are delicious and worth it. Not the pork buns.
I came here to buy 1 chocolate cake slice for my brothers birthday and maybe one for me and my sister but I walked out with other pastries, donuts, savory croissants, pork belly bun, and other treats that were all delicious. Robert was especially helpful and gave me such a spectacular overview of the options and offered great recommendations for the cake slices (I ended up buying three: chocolate ganache, strawberry vanilla, and chestnut, each were delicious in their own way). This entire week I’ve been looking forward to coming back to visit this little gem and getting another one of their cakes. My sister actually purchased an Ube cake for my dogs birthday (human cake) and they were able to paint a picture of her face on the cake! It was lovely, memorable, and delicious.

Very happy with the Chestnut and Spring Fling cakes we ordered! They were flavorful, light, and fluffy without being too sweet. The other pastries we've tried are delicious as well. Thanks so much Enchanted Oven!

Stopped by here for a Sunday afternoon dessert after receiving a recommendation from a local as they know I enjoy Japanese bakeries. It was 30 minutes to closing, but staff was friendly and didn't try to rush us.
Most items were sold, but there were still a few items left. Ordered the red bean bun, curry bread (kare pan), and a strawberry cake. Having spent many years in Japan, these were very authentic. Bun and bread were both very light and fluffy. Cake was made the traditional way and not as sweet as American cakes.
I wish I came earlier when there were more items, so I'll just have to make a return trip next time I'm in the area.
This bakery is absolutely a Colorado must try! Should be everyone's go to for baked goods. Their croissant breakfast varieties are superb and beyond anything I've ever tasted. Very fluffy, flakey, and delicious. I plan to try their entire menu and know I'll definitely be ordering all future party desserts and birthday cakes here. 10/10 Brookfield's little secret gem that everyone needs to know about!
The Enchanted Oven made the most delicious, simple, and elegant wedding cake for our micro-wedding in Boulder. Our cake was vegan-friendly to accommodate dietary preferences, and they knocked it out of the park. Would highly recommend!

It's a small bakery offer a bit different mix of goods from regular bakery.
(Watch photos for samples of what they have)
Today's offerings were a bit on the overcooked side (a bit charcoaled). The beef curry bun has great dough, the curries was a bit gammy otherwise it would be good. The baked red bean bun has very good red bean taste (no lark and not too sweet).
The Custer bun was not bad if they didn't overcook it.
Steamed pork bun was good with good dough.
The pork belly bun was good also.
The frozen steamed red bean bun was disappointing with way too much of the dough in the middle. It's eating the dough mostly.
Access from Zang St is easier as there are parking near the end, which allow easier quick walk to the store.
Passion fruit malasada (donut) was unbelievable and mochi donut was good too! All of the employees were very friendly. I will definitely be back!

I was looking for a great fruit tart to bring to Thanksgiving. I found The Enchanted Oven & the whole experience was just incredible. I emailed for a special order & they were quick to respond. They were flexible about my timing, and were warm & friendly in our communication. When I went for pick-up that same warmth remained with the staff present that day. The tart was out of this world & a total hit. Bravo to this small business & their wonderful team! I will definitely plan to return to try their other tasty looking treats.

The best croissants I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of croissants 10/10.
The beef curry buns are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Seriously. If you haven’t tried this place yet, do it!
