I just had the BEST sub ive ever had in my life at the connection. Pastrami, corned beef, swiss cheese, saurkraut, 1000 island, on white bread. (I dont like rye.) All hot, melted and omg goodness!!! It tasted 10x better than the pic looks!!!

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak . It was ice cold. When I called they told me it shouldn’t be cold yes the chicken was cold but we microwaved it. I’m all for supporting a local business but lately I’ve been disappointed by this spot. Not only is there virtually no customer service, with employees acting annoyed that you simply want to place an order…but today I ordered a wrap and this is what I got. Not sure what this is..and I only asked for 1 topping on the wrap and they forgot it. Not pleased with my last few experiences and likely won’t be back. Ordered their specialty sub- Turkey ham and bacon. The bread is very thick and very hard to eat. Very basic, doesn’t taste much. The cookies taste terrible. Poor customer service.

I ordered a Hot Turkey Rueben- Not sure what I got for $8 it’s all bread, cold , can’t even taste the Cheese or Sauerkraut .Disappointed.

We ordered the chicken Philly, grilled chicken sub and tuna, it was ok, staff was not friendly. Overheard the lady speaking to another customer saying they were short handed, that there have been only 2 of them working for the last 8 days. Didn't interact with us, seems to favor white folks.
