Let me first start by saying I usually don't post bad reviews, having worked in the service industry, but this I couldn't not post.
The ordering process was ok and done through texting. Typically professional businesses would have an order form online or utilize emailing for back and forth conversations. However, the communication was pleasant to order.
I originally ordered a 6 in cake that would have been $52, then after thinking about the design of what I wanted thought the 8 in cake would work better. I upgraded to the 8 in which put the price at $80 plus tax. I was fine with that, but when I went to pick the cake up I paid with my credit card and it asked for a tip... a tip? I'm already paying $80 for a cake, I was going to cancel the tip but was not given the option to, my total bill ended up being over $100.
It gets worse... when I walked in I saw fruit flies flying around. They did what I asked as far as design wise, base color of the frosting was purple, however there was black smear on the top which should have been fixed (photo attached).
Not only that, the flavor was supposed to be cookies and cream and the cake itself did not have any flavor to it. I could have baked a better cake. The buttercream frosting on the outside was very bland.
I'm not sure if the other reviewers raving about how good these cakes are has actually ever had a good cake, because this was not it....

I honestly don’t think there was much effort put into the cake.
When I went to pick it up all the other cakes were beautiful.
Her Facebook is also full of nice cakes.
But mine just looked like it was in the back burner.
I had to remove a lot of it and go buy toys to make it look better.
The pikachu was hideous, removed that.
The poke balls were foam…when they’re usually Rice Krispies.
His name looked like it was cut out with play dough cut outs.
The white dots were supposed to be stars….
The first photo is what I got. The second photo is what I ended up with. The third photo was a reference.
It also tasted very mediocre.

I had this business prepare two cakes for me - one was a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader cake and the other was a three tier Seinfeld cake. All I can say was my guests and I were FLOORED as to how AMAZING these cakes were. The design and attention to detail was INCREDIBLE. People could not stop talking about how amazing these cakes were and everyone was asking where I had them made. We had over 75 people attending and almost everyone wanted pictures of both before we were even able to serve. THEN we got to taste - INCREDIBLE! I just could not believe that they were a double WIN! GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR CAKE NEEDS!! SHE CAN DO pretty much anything you need and will blow your mind with the end result - your guests will thank you!!!!

I absolutely loooooooooove the way my cake turned out! I ordered a cake for my 32nd birthday. I gave her a specific image that I wanted replicated precisely & it was!!!! It turned out even better than I thought it would! Thank you soooooooooo much! I will definitely be back in the future!!! I will tell whoever asks, that this is where you want your special cake made! For any event!☺🤗☺❤❤❤
It had more flowers & leaves but I forgot to take a picture before I pulled them out! Even with the two flowers on there, it's still beautiful! Pictures don't do it justice! Love it!

I ordered a simple sheet cake for my Dad’s birthday. It was a hit! Everyone loved the cake and was asking where I got it from. The light whipped cream frosting was perfect as we enjoy less frosting on our cakes. Support this local business for your next big event!

Our wedding cake was BEAUTIFUL and, more importantly, DELICIOUS! The Cake Lady was great- I had a general idea of what I wanted but I let her run free with the design based on a few elements, and she nailed it! Originally, we were planning on a run of the mill grocery store wedding cake, since it wasn't a big priority. However, once we tasted the Pink Champagne, we knew we couldn't settle for anything less. THANK YOU, CAKE LADY SIOUX FALLS! You helped make our day perfect!

The service was great and the cake was even better than what we expected overall she did a beautiful job thank you so much for making my sister cake what she dreamed it would be.
