A new place, just getting started. No food yet, but coming soon. Met one of the owners tonight, their plans should make this place great. Excellent location, with a screened in porch and nice dartboards. Great prices for draft beer, and a classy decor. Will 100% definitely go back, can’t wait until they are fully up to speed since they are awesome already.

Best bar on the island! Great atmosphere, great drinks and great service. Love to come here for after dinner drinks! The espresso martini is phenomenal. Plenty of seating and a wonderful back patio for having a cocktail while the sun sets! Price per person $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a great bar on Wilmington Island! Small food menu with just a couple of options, but the pulled pork sandwich was fantastic. She brought out about five different BBQ sauces to use. The bar was well stocked and the bar tender was super friendly and efficient. Definitely going back.

A wonderful establishment has found a new home on Wilmington Island. The atmosphere is cozy, drinks are amazing and the best pulled pork around. Add in David, Liz, and their amazing staff and Bar Bar is the best!! Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Live on the islands and haven't been to the new Bar Bar yet? You are missing out! Hands down one of the best views on Wilmington Island and the remodel looks great! The staff was friendly and the beer was cold, looking forward to many more visits to come!

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy delicious drinks without breaking the bank, Bar Bar on Wilmington is a great place to try. The drinks are expertly crafted and reasonably priced, making it easy to sit back and enjoy a few rounds with friends. The bartenders are very friendly and obviously take pride in their craft. There’s a great view from the back deck to enjoy the sunset and a free pool table to pass the time. This place is not your typical island dive bar, it has a great wine selection and some very tasty signature drinks ( I recommend the Wilmington Old Fashioned).

Great drinks... Food was minimal. It Kind of reminded me of Saturday Night Live. "No Hamburger! Cheeseburger Cheeseburger Cheeseburger..." - John Belushi.... Because right now they only serve pulled pork & pulled chicken sandwiches, wine, beer, and cocktails. It IS a bar. But I love the cocktails! Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Um. Im sorry, but I really don’t understand what’s going on here. My friend and I went in the other day…the vibe is just so so off. No food, drinks are over priced for what you get. Just felt like there was people there because they’re new and people like to support. There was nothing to do but sit. One small pool table in the middle of everything and a couple of dart boards. Can’t see this lasting if the vibe stays the way it is. Suggestions, get live entertainment. Food, and friendlier bartenders. We were there for 10 whole minutes, didn’t get greeted nor see the bartender crack a smile the whole time.

This is a nice place to meet friends and have a relaxing time. The wine selection was great and fresh without any ‘stinky too many days old’ wine. The screen porch is very nice as well. Will be back.
