Was referred to the bait shop by my brother in law and boy he was right! Great food, atmosphere, old fashioned Great and personal service. Recommend the country fried steak, awesome! 👌....had the "Bigfoot" size...comes with sausage gravy, hashbrowns, 2 eggs and toast. Wife didn't care for the bite size steak, had a funny taste. Wonderful breakfast! Wide selection of omelettes. I was very impressed with the fresh vegetables in the vegetarian omelette and the fresh fruit on the side. Coffee was wonderful, it’s not often I find myself drinking drip coffee black from a restaurant, but theirs didn’t need anything added. The waitress’ service was great, regardless that it was a full house. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Small mom and pop place. Typical breakfast food with typical quality. Wouldn’t consider it particularly special, but then again I didn’t try the whole menu either. They were short a server and all tables full. The server was a little frazzled, but I feel like that’s understandable. Still seated fairly quickly and wasn’t a long wait for food. Staff we interacted with were very friendly. Did notice at least one vegetarian option on the menu, but really not a place that makes eating with a restricted diet easy to navigate. Cinnamon swirls plates are worth the visit alone! They have a country fried steak in regular size, and then there is BIGFOOT SIZE!! They are not kidding either. That itself is a meal alone. BOTH make this place the best breakfast place that isn't mentioned much in the LC valley! Delicious food cooked to perfection. Wait time to be seated and to make our food was so fast. Waitress was very nice, made sure we were satisfied with the food and drinks were always filled.
