I am a fan of the Bagel Rack! Everything I have tried from here so far has been good. Today, I got the pork roll & egg breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and I can also say that their chicken caprese lunch sandwich is delicious also!

This place is horribly run and there is very little care in how they prepare their food. We ordered 4 sandwiches and they never put one of them in the bag even though they crossed it off as if someone checked. We had 2 other bagels that they did not even toast. The cream cheese on the bagel was not even spread on the sandwich. It looked like someone just dumped cream cheese in the middle and smashed the top on. I added a picture of a sandwich that we paid for 2 eggs and bacon (that had no bacon). They also have 2 chairs in the customer area, with a sign that says “employees only.” It is the oddest and most blatant insult to the customer experience. These sandwiches are not cheap and the lack of care in making the sandwiches does not justify the price and the staff is very rude! We go out of our way to support local businesses, this place needs to close its doors and let a nice business go in. We will not be going back to the Bagel Rack. Please note, there is a common practice of the Bagel Rack removing negative reviews. We will be more than happy to post this on other social media mediums if this is removed. Capitalism or not, there’s no excuse for this lack of sensible business model and customer Sevice care.

Spoiled bagel, and discolored avocado. Look at photos. Taste was bittery and spoiled. Hot Coffee was also cold and bittery as well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was REALLY good... and they had a treat for our dog! The drive-through was a little long but that's because your food is made to order! I'll happily wait every time. My partner often gets the chicken caprese and loves it! I got the Philly steak with a little herb mayo and it was so good, just messy! Fries are suuuuper crispy and delicious. A little pricey (30$ for 2 sandwiches, 1 drink and 1 fry at time of review) but I feel the quality more than makes up for it. The only sorta miss was the chocolate covered strawberry frappe. It wasn't bad it was just more of a dessert/smoothy type drink, and I was expecting something with some espresso in it (I couldn't taste any coffee). Hands down the best quick delicious and cost effective breakfast for me in the morning. Coffee is great too. Small business that i hope makes it a long way. Thank you for getting me out of a McDonalds rut. Thank you for the good food and keeping the prices reasonable.

This place is my new favorite bagel shop! I was impressed with the variety of bagels and cream cheeses for sale! The baked oatmeal looked good as well. They also sell bagel breakfast sandwiches with bacon, sausage, pork roll, egg, cheese, etc. There was a nice selection of drink choices and hot coffee. They even have a large selection of bagel sandwiches for lunch with soups and salads too. I liked how they have the place decorated and adequate tables for those who want to eat in. The staff was super friendly, cheerful, helpful and my order was quickly served up. I love that they have a drive thru option for those who are in a hurry. I will definitely be back again...and again. 😊

Bagels and food are amazing but the drive thru and wait times are horrendous. Lines out to the main road and little to no parking for pick up orders. Location change would be a good idea or something to expand parking and speed up the drive thru. Meal type Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Stopped in today with high hopes of a bagel specific restaurant to actually have a gluten free option. Sadly they did not and their response was we don’t have a designated place for it nor the demand. I will say there is a demand. I am amongst many people in the Lebanon area who are celiacs and require a gluten free diet. It would be wonderful if the this establishment would reconsider looking into such options.

Well staffed even on a Saturday morning, even though I was several orders deep I got my food in only a few minutes. Their selection of bagels is deep and fresh. I got bacon, egg & cheese on my bagel and the ingredients seemed quality. Nice place to meet a friend for coffee.

My son orders from here all the time. So I decided to see what all the hype was about. Now my son's a body builder so he eats this on his cheat days and I see why. Well I tried a bacon, egg, and cheese on a french toast bagel and I was hooked off the first bite. Real egg, real bacon, and really delicious 😋 This beat Panera hands down 👍Top two for breakfast sandwiches. I used the drive thru. Three to five minutes tops for wait. I will be back! Thank you for your dedication to quality food at affordable prices.
