Amazing!! NY quality bagels in MA… sign me up. We just moved to town and we are so excited to find a great breakfast place. We will be back for sure. Nice selection and quick service! Normally bagel places are consistently good around here across the board, but this place isn’t worth your money or time in the slightest. The entire staff was rude and inconsiderate. I had a small order (a bagel sandwich and a drink) and 2 people who came in after me with larger orders were given theirs first. The girls work in filth and seem like they hate being there and serving customers. I didn’t want to stay around and eat either. Overpriced and by far the most unpleasant experience i’ve had at a bagel place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bagel was OK. They were out of Asiago when I got there Sunday mid-morning. They did provide an ample amount of cream cheese in the bagel and added vegetables per request. Biggest gripe - no customer bathroom whatsoever, which is an issue when you’re a pregnant lady in an eating establishment.

Recently moved to the area and have been here several times. Everytime it has gotten better and better! The bagel selection is great and the sandwiches optioms to put on them are delicious! The service is fast and friendly, ordering it ahead of time for pickup was super easy. Some of the other reviews were complaining about a lack of bagel selection and all I'll say is the early bird gets the worm, it's a breakfaat/early lunch spot people, you can't have fresh bagels all day long with all choices. Highly recommend this great neighborhood spot! The Red Devil BLT is my go to for a little spicy kick!

my ham egg and cheese was absolutely disgusting, the ham was cold, the cheese wasn't melted one bit, and the bagel was cold and barely even toasted. i could of gotten a better breakfast sandwich at mcdonald's. extremely disappointed, don't waste your money here

My husband and I get these bagels on the weekend sometimes. Bagels are good and easy online ordering. They put a TON of cream cheese on the bagels, so if you're not into that be sure to ask to go light on the cream cheese. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

Recently went here, and the service was terrible. the staff was rude as could be, barely acknowledging myself and other customers. It was uncomfortable just sitting in there waiting for our order (which took an unnecessarily long time.) The cashier barely greeted us. The back area where you can see they prepare your food was disgusting. The floor was covered in god knows what. It makes me question how sanitary the food prep station was. the condition the girls there work in looked disgusting and they didn’t seem to care. SO great to have decent gluten free options! The lox bagel sandwich is quite fabulous. Worth the trip off 128 if you want/need a real gluten free option. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
