Me & My husband make it where we come just about Weekly. & have absolutely never had an issue what so ever, staff is always amazing, food is always wonderful, & everyone is always absolutely friendly. We love this place, & the staff so much. We have met just about every waitress & Waiter & have never had an issue. We got Jazmine this time & she was absolutely wonderful. Absolutely one of the best places. & will forever come back. My normal go too is the Lemon herd chicken & it’s my favorite but, this time got a steak with the Lemon butter on the side. Always good. The service was great. Austin did a great job taking care of us. Unfortunately, I only had a bite of the steak when I saw a hair on my plate. Needless to say, the plate was sent back. Great service and good food! My steak 🥩 was excellent and properly cooked. Jazmine, however, made the dining experience wonderful. The food should have gotten no stars, no taste, not what is stated on the menu; the food is basic like someone who is just playing fixed the servings. Not a normal outback taste for us! We tried to digest the food but it just was not happening. Bread still raw, blooming onions are chopped onions, food was over cooked & mushy, server tried her Best but what is a girl to do with no help! Only thing worth the money was the drinks! Stopped in to eat dinner at this place in Smithfield, NC. Service was slow, ran out of tea, the chicken was very dry and over cooked and unable to eat. The shrimp skewer entrée came out cold. The loaded mashed potatoes were so hard and dry and we received 3 little strings of cheese and one bacon bit as loaded and they charged extra. When we asked for the manager, she came out to our table very rude and unwilling to meet our needs or understand the issue. I would not go back if I was given a gift card for a free meal. Decided to hit up the local Texas Roadhouse. My husband and I walked in but there was no hostess. We stood there a little while and staff seemed a little confused about where to seat us despite being nearly empty. We were seated and met our colorful server, Jane. It seemed clear that the restaurant was understaffed as indicated by Jane’s constant apologies to the tables she was tending to and table of nearby weirdly quiet patrons who weren’t eating yet. Jane was irresistibly nice even when our order was messed up. She immediately corrected the bill and sent us home some delicious rolls. Hoping you’ll continue to employee servers as sweet as Jane!! Server was amazing, She was so nice. There was no energy there. It was like a funeral almost. If it wasn't for the bartender being upbeat bubbly and friendly I would have just walked out. Food was disappointing and borderline disgusting. My jalapeno pepper was rotten 🤢 Microwaved my red potatoes. My chili was sweeter than sweet tea. 🤮 The steak was like chewing on a rubber tire.
