Shout out to Crystal R for her great greeting with a smile. To Johnny, our server.. who was magnificent and worth every bit of his tip. To Aubrey for her hospitality also. My husband is so excited about this establishment coming to our city & I'm happy he is.

I understand the location is new so that's taken into consideration. Seating was fast but we were also dining at soon after they opened for the day. Once seated the server took around 3-5 minutes to greet the table, by this time we were ready to order drinks, appetizer, and entree. Appetizer was rattlesnake bites, entrees were one 8 oz steak (medium) and one 11 oz steak (rare).
Wait time for food was commensurate with restaurant norms. Appetizer was soggy and filling was room temperature at best. Entrees were cooked as requested and tasted as good as a mass produced steak cooked at a chain restaurant could.
Server checked in three times throughout entire stay, only offering refills after glasses were close to empty and the meal was almost concluded.
Table greet times and table check ins do not seem to be up to industry standard, given the price point of the restaurant. Kitchen/food runners also seem to be lacking. Either the appetizer wasn't cooked long enough or sat for to long.
Overall server training standards and kitchen standards could be improved.

This location was just as good as the rest. Delicious food, good service and great atmosphere. We had a table for eight and everything came out exactly as ordered. I eat my steak black and blue (cool center) and it was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back.

(EDIT) This was our second time visiting and the kitchen just seemed very slow and overcooked everything…our server Sarah was amazing and on-top of everything though! We ordered a medium-well steak and ribs and they both came out extremely well-done and burnt. I’m not holding it against anybody, but I was a bit disappointed.
The staff were so organized and friendly despite it being so busy! You can truly tell that the managers care about their team and customers. The food was great, a staff member even watched me cut open my steak to make sure it was perfect. Amazing job for opening day, I’ll definitely be back.

If you have an issue, tell your server, they will send over the manager who will figure out the best solution. 👌 this is great especially because their big item is steak which is cooked in so many different ways and they have unique appetizers. Staff is trained to be exceptionally friendly. I love coming here with my bestie. I also enjoy coming for early dinner Monday through Thursday.

Like lambs to the slaughter the masses will come here to try out the only steakhouse in town.
I ordered a porterhouse steak medium and it came out well done, then I had them remake it and 25 minutes later it was completely raw.
If it had come out medium well or medium rare either time I would have eaten it but it wasn't.
They were busy so I understand never having water or rolls on the table, but they should at least be able to cook a steak.

The worst experience I ever had at texas roadhouse. Food was cold everything on the plate. Steak dry and cold, shrimp half cooked and cold, mash potatoes and gravy cold. Sat the a hour and still no food. And waiting that long with a baby getting fussy I walked out. Not a good way to Start and they weren't even busy I came at 4. 0 stars. The waitress was real sweet though.
So glad to have a roadhouse near by! We ordered take out and it was great. Parking lot was crowded but we were able to get in and out super fast. They have a pickup window near the To Go parking which makes it easier to get the food. We will wait a few months to actually dine in when the crowd slows down a bit.

The wait wasn't terrible for the night Spring Break started. When we were told to gather our party and head in we were immediately seated. Our waitress did a whole lot of up-selling which is fine. My problem was if you're going to up-sell me... and I agree... I better get what you're selling. I didn't get my bacon bits on my salad which is fine. But when we went to check out and I was charged and brought up that I didn't receive my bacon bits on my salad (I also got a loaded baked potato and got my bacon bits) I asked them to remove the charge for the bacon bits on the Salad (if I was going to lie to save money I'd have said I didn't get my bacon bits on my potato) I was told well, since I didn't see it I can't take it off. I thought it was petty on their end especially when we already paid so much for dinner and just wanted a dollar taken off. The food was ok. I was pretty ok with everything until that happened because I felt like it was being called a liar.

We had Devin as our server for the Grand Opening. He was personable and made our experience extra wonderful! We got steaks cooked to perfection (which is hard to find at a Texas Roadhouse now-adays). Even though it was completely packed (wrapped around the building-packed), we were in and out in less than 90 minutes! Absolutely fantastic opening!
