This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. This was my first time trying Texas Roadhouse. We were given dirty plates and food that was presented in such a sloppy way. The only thing worth eating were the salads, Buffalo boneless wings, and fried mozzarella. We ordered an extra baked potato and as you can see in the photo, there's dried blood on the plate so we didn't eat it. The sirloin and bbq dish was served exactly how you see it in the photo. You can also see dried blood on that plate as well which leads me to believe that cross-contamination occurred during the making of our food. The presentation was so distasteful. It looks like the food was warmed in the microwave due to the splatter of the sauce all over the plate. When we left, we have to speed home because all of our stomachs were so upset from the food that we did eat. I will never go here again. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely disgusting! We found a bug with long legs in our salad. Then they brought our daughter a raw & bloody kid steak. One would think the manger would’ve come over & apologized at the very least, but instead our nice waitress told us that the manger said that our appetizer would be free. What a joke. My son ordered a chicken caesar salad for dinner & after seeing the bug in my salad, he lost his appetite & canceled his dinner salad. I also canceled my dinner, because at this point I’m disgusted & lost my appetite. So we both didn’t eat dinner. We still had to pay for our daughter’s raw & bloody steak, which we sent back to cook more. In hindsight, we should have just left. We’ll never go back. This place is nasty, and management needs improvement to say the least. Management gave zero cares about the bug in our food, that much was obvious. Great experience, our Server Sarah was awesome, very attentive, and checked on us pretty often to make sure our experience was top-notch. The food was tasty, and drinks were too. First time leaving a review for this establishment. Went with a party but only got to take a picture of my entree. I ordered their Bone-In Ribeye with Caesar Salad and Macaroni and Cheese. The Bone-In Ribeye was flavored with salt and pepper very adequately. I didn't need to use any other sauces or salt to enjoy my steak. It was a bit burnt in certain parts but was acceptable. A party of mine had her steak burned more severely. The Caesar Salad is as usual and had no complaints there. The Macaroni and Cheese came out looking like those generic, instant ones you'd find at grocery stores, but to my surprise, it was delicious. The macaroni was well-cooked and cheese was flavorful.

Last night was a first, and not a good one. We sat down to dine at around 6:40pm the place was busy as expected on a Friday. After our meal, there were plenty of open seats as the dinner crowd had thinned. We were seated at a table in the bar area. We spent approximately an hour after we finished eating chatting with our friends, NEVER seeing our server after the bill was given to us. The manager came to our table and explaining the low salary of the server and that he worked primarily for tips. The manager offered to move us so that he could flip the table. He had no idea that we tipped sufficiently to account for the added time we spent at the table. Again, there was plenty of other seating available for new guests. Our extra tip was despite the fact that our server never came back to see if we wanted another drink. The tip was changed to my standard 20%. To bad for the server who would have made much more had he not complained to his manager to get us to move. We won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this location with current management. We just love Texas Roadhouse. It was our first time at this location and it was a great time and a same experience vibe to all other locations. Food was pretty good and the service was wonderful. I hate that I’ve forgotten her name but all the staff made sure to say hi to our baby and get the most smiles out of her. The potato skins were very good. The 6 ounce filet was delicious. Steak fries were ok. Cat fish was also good. They get very crowded in the evening, do be prepared to wait. We went on a Thursday and there was a wait by 5:15 pm. Bbq ribs & loaded potato were great- steak tips with peppers and rice were delicious. Our party enjoyed our meal. Went last night, the place was extremely busy. We had a good server i can’t remember her name. I had the full slab of ribs with a side salad and baked potato. My ribs were extremely burnt on the bottom, very dry with no taste to it. I had to request BBQ sauce on the side. Bread was of course delicious. A few hours later, i woke up out of my sleep to throw it all up. I’m not entirely sure why. But it was definitely from the food as that was the last thing i ate before i went to sleep.
