Food was good enjoyed it had a good amount of fries. very overpriced and they charge gratuity without any notice.. (why am I tipping if I have to go to cashier stand to order and grab my own drinks and refill my own drinks?) Also while waiting for my food I saw a waiter give food to a table and it was incorrect the waiter did not notice and walked away and the customers that got the wrong order told her and she then says sorry and picks up the plates and gives it to another table 🤮. She has no clue what they could have done to the burger.

Burgers
We have always loved Tejas Burger for the old town burger and nachos, those have always been incredible. The burger is the perfect take on the classic American cheeseburger. Every bite is filled with the perfect amount of flavor with hits of nostalgia that make it more than just a simple burger, they have nailed it with that. The nachos are just short of heaven that words cannot describe appropriately. With the fresh pico, melted white cheese, and chili or ground beef, your taste buds will explode from the perfect combo of flavors with each bite that you take. Now Tejas has done it again with introducing smoked chicken wings. I have only had the dry rub, but they have absolutely crushed it. The crispy crunch of the seasoned skin on the outside met by the juicy chicken on the inside is the perfect combination of flavor and texture that is expected with dry rub chicken wings. I will be back soon to try the buffalo flavor, but I can’t imagine that it will disappoint. I highly recommend Tejas, you really can’t go wrong with anything that they sell. The menu isn’t huge, but they absolutely have nailed every item that they put on it. 10/10 recommend.

Old Town Burgers
This burger 🍔 place in Tomball competes really good against the one in old town spring. Their October special is amazing 🤩!! Amanda is a great manager. She’s very kind, so are all the staff.
Great foods but OMG lemme tell you about this monthly special burger, the Tiki...it's is THE bomb. Wow, better than all their other burgers and probably 1 of the top 5 burgers I've ever had...and I eat a LOT of burgers. If you didn't know, the burgers are made of brisket and smoked just like regular brisket is. You gotta try this place out...then go around the corner to Tejas BBQ for some brisket...Thursday's is pastrami day and really good.

The cashier is the sweetest there is.
Cute little place on the main drag.
Two styles of burgers—either smoked or smashed.
I’m never a fan of accoutrements laid out separately (lettuce, tomatoes, etc) by the soda machine. My date didn’t even see them.
The okra was the best ever. However, some where too salted. It made me sad to leave them behind, but they were inedible.
No parking.
Pro-tip—park wherever you can and walk to the restaurant.

Person taking orders needed a snickers. Ma'am, you're the face of your business. The Snarky tone was unnecessary.
Customers beware. They add 15% to the bill for a TIP. For counter service. No option.
That being said, the burgers were good. Counter service was so bad though, we can find other places to get a burger with a smile.

Happy to find this little gem across the street from Harris County Vehicle Registration Office. We had the smash burger with fries and tots. Everything was full of flavor, delicious! People were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant!
My dad (from Viet’s Cafe) really enjoyed the burgers here! He ordered the signature burger. Owner is super friendly also :)

OKRA MAGIC! The burgers are exemplary and so is the staff. The smoked flavor is done perfectly and prices are fair. Definitely SPLIT friendly. Perfect date during off hours to just hang out. They are supporting locals with hot sauce and kindness. Great pickles too.

The smoked burger has a weird flavor that tastes kind of like a hot dog, and was very rare for a burger. The only size is a 1/2 lb, there isn't a smaller option. The tots were good. It was expensive though, my bill came to $40 for two burgers, one side of tots, and one fountain drink. There is a 15% gratuity included for counter service. You get your own drink and bus your table.
