Ted's new menu and such is an improvement over the previous two iterations. We went there for lunch today and ordered the following: Cheese curds with ranch - they give you a decent portion for appetizers and they remind me of the ones I'd get in MN. Bison Jalapeno Burger with tots - the burger was properly done with good flavor, the tots were crispy. Chicken wrap with the side salad with ranch - a good size wrap with a nice balance of ingredients and the side salad was a decent size. The hostess and wait staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. Overall a good experience and like the improvements the new management made. Really enjoyed our dinner here. Started with Meatballs appetizer, and they were really tasty. It was Prime Rib night, so we both ordered the prime rib: medium rare for me and medium for her. Both were perfectly done and tasted great, especially with the creamy horseradish. The atmosphere there is really cool, with kayaks, bikes and fishing gear hanging from the ceiling, and a very talented couple playing guitar and fiddle and singing nice songs. Our server Eva was a lovely young lady, and took great care of us. Desserts (cherry pie and carrot cake) were great as well. Overall a great dinner and dining experience, can't wait to go back for brunch and sit outside with our dog over the little pond. Ted's is a fabulous restaurant, much needed in the area. Such a nice, hometown feel. I loved the atmosphere, there are beautiful views with outdoor seating. The fire tables outside give options for places to relax and enjoy a cocktail. I really enjoyed the live music night. The staff is friendly and welcoming providing excellent service and good recommendations. There is an event tent seems like a fun venue with plenty of parking. The food was delicious, I've eaten several dinners and breakfast and have always had a good meal. I love the presentation. I hear there is a new menu, I can't wait to try it! My first time experience at Ted's was not stellar. The atmosphere is amazingly creative and well crafted and beautiful and the menu selections, and specials listed were enticing....However, The prime rib special listed at $23 was underwhelming,... In fact, it was the worst prime rib I've had in a long time. The portion was small and they had thrown the prime rib on the grill, for some strange reason, and sauteed both sides of it, additionally, it was about a quarter inch thick... it came out looking like a grilled steak & I had to ask,... Is this prime rib? 🤔 I sent it back. When I asked for a new cut of prime rib,... The manager told me that they had just sold out of prime rib. Yet I watched two other tables around me being served prime rib that looked perfect. They replaced it with a Ribeye which was equally underwhelming & was not cooked perfectly, and was smallish, very thin, covered with a sauce, and fatty....NOT Thick like you would expect a RIBEYE to be! (I can buy better ribeye at the local supermarket) It appears that this restaurant has a lot of opportunity for improvement when it comes to quality of food. Perhaps they need to hire a chef, not a short order Cook. I can see now why they don't have five stars on Yelp and other social media apps. Recently had lunch with coworkers following a meeting and sat outside by the pond. Our server was very friendly, prompt, and personable. One person tried the fish tacos with walleye and green chili, which he said was good, and the other two of us tried the Caesar salad with salmon, and the turkey club wrap with waffle fries. Both were good but the waffle fries were great! Really nice spot for lunch! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

We’ve been to Ted’s twice for Prime Rib Night. The first time prime rib was good and cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were cold. 🥺 This past week we were there again. Prime rib was cooked as ordered, but VERY tough. I gave up after 6 bites. I specifically asked for HOT mashed potatoes. They arrived lukewarm (butter did not melt) and the green beans for both of our dishes were ice cold. They appeared to be oven roasted and were fresh, well seasoned, but COLD. We’re putting Prime Rib Night on hold, but may be back to try one of your pizzas, which looked delicious! Maybe practice a bit on Prime Rib Night?? Have you thought of using baked potatoes? Prime Rib passing by our table looked and smelled great! Cute decor, professional waiter. Very busy with lots of hustle! Food is over priced for what you get. I'd like to see vegan options.

So I gave Teds another chance and it appears they cleared out the kooks who didn’t really want to work there. We had great food and great service and a great time singing karaoke. Amazing what good help can do for a place. 12/22/23 7-9pm Great job getting back on the rails, I'm happy because I really like Teds! This place could be great but just like the pool at raindance absentee management. It’s really sad as this place could be awesome.
