Atmosphere is good with good interior. Service and food have to be improved. Mainly the grill, which are burned. Not just 1 time, most of the time. Edited; mostly order before hand( 45mins), still they make us wait. The service on the 1st floor is worst. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I havent tried the food in this place, however, i can easily say that this place has the best karak in lusail and maybe the entire doha ... the karak blend and spices are just on spot.....truly reminds me of Karak Al Naimi .....highly recommeded Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I just want to share my experience everytime i order TEA WORLD LUSAIL BRANCH I always ask for promise time no problem it will take time but for an hour it's not acceptable . The request of my order was not follow at the same time the food was very cold and the wrapping was not good.. and the guy who always answer the call when you try to follow up he doesn't want to answer the call.. very poor service Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1

Kindly note that the below are for improvement ideas and not to take a dig at the joint Too many flies outside, install a repellent The outdoor tables have sharp edges . 3 karak orders took over 20 minutes to be severed (after a follow-up), Food came after ( it was ok) At the time of visit, though it was almost midnight, it was hot, fan could have cooled the atmosphere. Normally indian and some arabic food are available here, price slightly higher compared to other indian restaurants, parking is not available many cars , cars need to parked aside the road, breakfast option is not available in south indian menu, but u will get shawarma even in morning. The atmosphere and interior of the restaurant are very nice, but the quality of the food is not good. I ordered a chicken biryani, but the rice and chicken were cooked separately. It was more like white rice with chicken curry. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a good biryani. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I order Hyderabadi biryani but I get different biryani i messages for management there are telling me did is only Hyderabad biryani ,i message 2 to 3 time restaurant management not giving response also , restaurant in team members tell me did is only Hyderabad biryani ,in biryani i get 2small pc for chicken and total rice with tomato paste, I ask him what is this tomato ,there are telling me this is a Hyderabadi pickle I don't know in Hyderabadi Biryani anybody put pickle???? , Don't order here for Hyderabad biryani west off money here for biryani .. i through total Biryani in dustbin I send pics for restaurant team members nobody reply me after seeing pics .. Decent tea shop that offers affordable prices and nice food. Although the quality isn't exceptional, it's still satisfactory. I went there during the Eid holiday, the shop was crowded, but the staff managed the situation well and were friendly. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at Tea World.
