OMG absolutely Wonderful!!! Surprising Refreshing!!! Just off of the Alameda Downtown San Jose, next to woof bar bubble Tea Shop, and A Ramen House, this Tea Villa is definitely awesome! My second times here and I love the popular Dragon Fruit Milk Tea! Ver delightful, refreshing, and I love the fresh dragon fruit chunks and the Crystal Boba! So Good combination! I also enjoyed the Fresh Fruit Tea. There are assorted good looking yummy snacks. I ordered the Cajun chicken wings but they weren’t able to make it at the time, but the Girls there were super sweet! They were helpful and even offered to take all these beautiful pictures for me!!! Love it! Looking forward to ordering the snacks and other popular drinks!
I love love love the tropical fruit tea boba too!
The tea we ordered was good but we wish we could have ordered food but their display said "out of order".
On the plus side, they have a boba tea with beer🍺! Interesting and will definitely try it next time.
Underrated? UNDERRATED!!!
This place has both a nice interior and good drinks. It's well ventilated and there's these wonderful wall decorations that round it out really well. Location wise, there's parking all around, with a couple shared lots in the back as well as street parking. It might be easier getting to it from the north rather than the south.
I got the Sunrise Night ($5) drink and some popcorn chicken ($7) and both are delicious.
Sunrise Night consists of sparkling rose and lychee together with a lime slice, layered beautifully as pictured. It also comes with mango jelly. The drinks menu in general seems good, with basic milk teas as well as signature drinks that are styled well, and a strange sounding Budweiser tea thing? It's non-alcoholic so I may try it another time.
The popcorn chicken is actually very well balanced, compared to other places I've been to in the past. They also offer Cajun popcorn chicken, spam musubi, and other snacks.
Service is good. The baristas are nice and care about cleanliness, as the bar seemed clean and ingredients were organized.
They did not list any milk substitutions on the menu, and I didn't get a milky drink, so I admit this review is incomplete for now.
Atrociously bad milk tea. Tasted like water kissed with tea and a teaspoon of creamer. I have no clue what all these 5 star ratings are fussing about. Will not be going here again.
