This is one of the better, if not the best, taco place in the Fredericksburg area. Price is reasonable. Two of my favorite taco meat choices are Suadero (brisket) and buche (pork stomach). The brisket has always come out with enough moisture and right blend of fat to make it very taste, and tender. Honestly eating it with lime juice, guacamole and chopped onion brings out better the flavors of the meat than drowning in barbecue sauce. Pork stomach is another my favorite. Love the meat’s unique texture. Not many places offer that meat choice.
I have in the past tried al pastor, chorizo, bistec a la parrilla. They were ok.
The place is relatively small for eating in with long bar / picnic style table on each side. I have always been able to find a seat even on a busy Friday or Saturday night.

My favorite place to eat tacos especially TACOS AL PASTOR!! They’re so good. And I really recommend the Papa Machetes. Drinks are amazing and tasty. Amazing place to go!!

Nice place on Main St. to grab tacos. Really delicious and a great option choices. Prices are decent. No frills atmosphere. Order at counter and pick-up at the counter. Seat yourself.

Cute, quaint, small space. If you aren't looking for it you'll miss it. I had the poblano Al Pastor taco, it was so big and a little spicy. The down fall is that it says it comes with guacamole and pico and it doesn't currently, there is just the al a carte salsa bar. I also had the friejoles, they are just hot pinto beans so I filled them with the salsa bar and limes, so good. My husband enjoyed his al pastor tacos and we shared a mango margarita, so strong. The waitress was so sweet. I wouldn't have given us a beeper just a number because she refused us our plates when we were going up to get it, she sat it at the table. A must try!

Great food!!! I had the “Olla” Torta which is similar to Birria. The “Machete” salsa has a unique, dark chile taste and aroma with proper heat. It won’t disappoint if you like flavorful hotness. The server was very nice and talked with us about the other salsas. The eating accommodations are a bit cramped, but it’s the appeal and feel of an authentic street taco establishment that is refined. Assorted imported alcoholic drinks are available and regular fountain drinks as well.

Wow, I don't even know where to start. The food was excellent, and the "salsas" taste exactly like the ones in México. The alcoholic drinks were delicious, and considering this place is in the heart of Fredericksburg, the prices are fair. The best part is that they let me bring my two small dogs inside. Kudos to this place!

Paloma was awesome, mini tacos come with grilled onions and lime wedges
Music was good while sitting and eating, didn't have to wait for a seat to open up

Food extremely clean and Authentic. I ordered the campechanos and azada and can’t explain how good they were and nostalgic reminding me the street tacos in Mexico! Definitely coming back!
