This is my favorite place to get quesabirrias, hands down! They are delicious. We order and always get our food in a timely fashion. They're tacos are also very good. I usually get the tacos de asada. The owners are very kind and friendly, it seems like they know most of their customers personally. My favorite Mexican food in KC, period. More "street style" than traditional restaurant style, and the food is just amazing. I've known the owner, Don Memo (Guillermo) for years, as he used to run the taco truck in front of Olivares Auto Garage, at Independence Ave/Denver on the Missouri side. His tacos were fantastic then, and are just next-level awesome now that he has an actual kitchen to work with. If you're looking to just sit down and enjoy some wonderful authentic Mexican food (antojitos) without the expense of a large restaurant, and without having to sit outside like at a taco truck, this is the place to go. This restaurant serves very good food! Very well prepared and flavorful. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Its a small establishment with limited seating and no real parking space or exterior decour. But don't let that deter you from eating there if you like Mexican food. Its one of the best Mexican restaurants that I've tried in Kansas City, Kansas. Delicious😋 They have excellent, distinctive quesadillas. Very large and flavorful. I'd also recommend the very good tacos and tortas and shrimp soup. Hablas español? Note. If you don't speak enough Spanish to at least order a meal, depending om who's there. You will have difficulty.

Tacos were surprisingly amazing but for a hole in a wall I should've expected that! Salsas we're great! People extra nice 🙂

Very authentic Mexican food. The asada is excellent. They know how to season and spice things just right. Also the salsa choices are very very good. The spicy salsa is some of the best I've ever had.
