Solid Birria tacos, but I would say not the best I’ve had. Overall the flavor was great, but the stew beef lacked a certain juiciness that I expect with birria. Atmosphere is tough to rate as it's a truck in the parking lot of a gas station; compared to other experiences I will say that it's clean and accessible. I can only speak to my experience with Mexican street food from Baja Norte, but the mulitas (adobada and asada) and quesobirria tacos were as authentic as I have experienced north and south of the border. Great flavor, nice presentation, and exceptional service makes this a mandatory stop when in the area. Have been seeing this truck in a gas station parking lot for several weeks. Stopped in yesterday and ordered Birria tacos with cheese and the consomme. The tacos were delicious and the broth was thick and meaty with great flavor. Service was quick and efficient. The only downside was the location being in a gas station parking lot. I will definitely return and bring my friends and family. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered lengua and carne asada burritos, birria tacos, adobada (spicy pork), and carnitas tacos. Burritos from this place are excellent and they did not skimp out on giving plenty of meat. Tacos were amazing and I loved how they included carrots and cooked onions along with the tacos. The owner was very nice and we will definitely be regulars here! So happy to have tacos in this area! I ordered the quesa-birria and the tacos dorados. I totally inhaled them both. Flavorful, perfectly seasoned and fast service. I will definitely be back here! This place was really good . I got three birria tacos , consommé and some carne asada fries . The birria tacos are big , two could have been enough . Consommé was perfect . Carne asada fries looked plentiful. Guacamole was a little salty but still very good . I only chose 4 stars because in my opinion all the meats are too salty. I've ordered Adobada Tripe and Asada and so far top salty for my taste but thus far the salsa is good and so are the rest if the ingredients. Awful experience with staff. It’s common for your order to have mistakes. I ordered two burritos, get home and we only have one. When I go back they refuse to give me a receipt. They also wanted me to pay for another. The food is good. Staff… not so much. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
