Unreal how slow the drive through was. We waited 15 minutes for the 1 car in front of us. Then another 10 minutes for our order of 10 tacos once we got up to the window. It sounds like a party they're yelling and I see at least 2 workers standing around on their phones. The meat was cold and the hard shell tacos were soggy most tacos had hardly any lettuce. Paid for adding tomatoes and got only 1-2 chunks in each taco. Meat didn't taste right and tacos tasted horrible. I have to say Eagan has the worst taco John's I've ever been to. I've never received a correct order at this location. The one in Rosemount is great, but the Eagan one is total trash. Today, the drive through attendant was more concerned about getting through their script than accurately taking my order. Instead of crunchy chicken (which I asked for and confirmed twice as I believed they were not actually listening to me) I received a regular beef burrito. This is not a hard job, I know, I have done fast food before. But seriously, you would think in the 4 times I have been at this location they would have to get at least one entire order right. Nope, zero. Looks like I need to trek to Rosemount to get good Taco John's. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2

Great place for (Americanized) Tacos. My favorite is the #5 with Fried Chicken. There is definitely something special about Taco John’s Potato Oles. Recommend getting a side of nacho cheese to dip them in. (Then if anyone asked for you to share, you reply; “This is notch-yo-cheese”) <- full disclosure: that joke will only get a laugh 2% of the time. Understaffed and it's painful. Poor guys are doing their best but on that intersection they should have way more support. Pay people more! They'll stick around or not call in constantly. Your customers deserve better. Or, maybe you don't think so.. but the reviews would obviously get better if you staffed the place properly. We dined in since the drive through was a parking lot. Inside it was so clear they needed support. An effective manager and 2 more people and that place would be zooming. I didn’t get my oles with my combo. Ordered 3 bean burritos with no onions and they had onions. Live 10 miles away. To far of a hassle to go back. Tried calling 3 times but know one would answer. . I would like to add that the store contacted me and gave me an apology and credit for everything. Very pleased on how fast they got back through email. Thank goodness Taco John's came to Eagan. Luv their food & that it tastes like ingredients! They just opened and TONS of people going...prepare to wait...worth it! Got meat & potato burritos, bean burritos w-lettuce & churros. The churros were so yummy & sugaryyyy! Potato ole's are the best!! We really looked forward to a Taco Johns opening up near us and have given this place several chances. Every single time, our order has been wrong or made poorly, and we don't ever mod our order- it's just the base menu items. Even though this location is walking distance from me, I will go out of my way to Burnsville or Oakdale for Taco Johns Food: 3 Service: 1

This was my second time giving them a chance but these are WAYYY to over done yes again and come on really you charge extra for this amount of cheese.. Taco John's is one of my favorite places but I most definitely will not go to the Eagan one again! I will NOT pay for garbage! Food: 1 Service: 5

Wanted a chicken quesadilla got a cheese one instead. Ordered a chicken and potato burrito got a beef one instead. Didn't get my side of sour cream that I paid for. Waited 5 minutes to be helped as everyone was standing around and I was the only customer in the store. The place was filthy. Every table was dirty and the floor was disgusting.
