I don't like to write this kind of review, but in this case I feel that I have to. I recently went to the store on Central Ave (near Target) and ordered one sausage and potato breakfast burrito in the drive-thru. I was surprised to see the price had gone up to $4.59. The wait time was fine, but the bag felt light when they handed it to me. I took it home and opened the wrapper to the most pathetic burrito I've ever seen. I called the number on the receipt and there was no answer. I emailed the address on the bottom of the receipt and haven't heard back. This is disappointing because Taco John's has always been my favorite small-town fast food restaurant. This place has clearly adopted the big corporate model of higher prices for lower quality products and disappointing service. What happened to the Super Nacho plate? Still delicious but but tiny for the price. The new crispy cheese taco was ok but Holy Salt! My standby is the recommendation taco burger. Yum!
