Taco casa is a Tuscaloosa staple. Got my usual order of 4 extra hot chicken with a side of cheese sauce. Hits the spot every time. I was a little disappointed. Since I moved to Alabama I haven't found "Good"Mexican food. I'm use to real stuff like I had growing up in Los Angeles and Milwaukee! Everything thing here is drowned with nacho cheese sauce or a white cheese sauce. I've never seen it any where else but Alabama lol. So I will have to give Taco Casa a 6 out of 10. Love love love Taco Casa eat her multiple times when I am in town even if it’s only a day. There chicken tacos crispy xtra hot are my go to. I have tried other items on the menu that are good but I like to stick with my tacos. Today was my first time trying to eat here. I had to return my whole order. The staff was very rude. I paid for extra cheese and they did not want to give me the cheese. Unfortunately the staff preparing the food decided to say some very ugly words and the manager said that she would just give the food to somebody who appreciated it, which I tried to explain to her that had already paid for it. I showed her the order. I never took the bag out. I just thought all together it was a very awful situation especially when it was something that was paid for. Embarrassing and uncalled for. I told the manager I will definitely be contacting somebody but also I will be leaving a bad review. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Tacos barely had any food on it, they were really thin. The got my drink wrong and I had to wait in line fir them to correct thier mistake. By the time I got the correct drink my food was cold.
