Taco Bell is pretty near Oregon Coast Historical Railway. Many visitors come here to try tasty chicken and perfectly cooked burritos. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve good lemonade. Sadly, if you look through the guests' comments, employees are terrific at this fast food. The comfortable atmosphere makes a good impression on customers. But a number of guests who use Google didn't give Taco Bell a high rating.

I love taco bell. Since they rebuilt their quality of food and service has seriously improved. 4 stars because they're not perfect, occasionally an item gets made incorrectly or not included but it is more uncommon than at some burger fast food places. Took forever at the drive up. Employee was in parking lot. Ordered 1 soft taco no lettuce and 2 regular beef taco. They didn't put lettuce on the other tacos and meat was not warm. Yuck. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The food is okay and the service is normally very good, but this last visit they forgot half my order and it was only 4 items. This is also not the first time they forget part of the order or make something wrong. I'd say it happens 25% of the time. I usually order at the North Bend location but I was on this side of town and decided to try. I got my regular fiesta veggie burrito and added potatoes. The potatoes were so hard. Not even just a little dry, overdone, or old. These were hard as rocks. Overall, bad experience. I’ve never worked in fast food, but I can’t imagine it’s difficult to read an order, make said order, put the order in a bag, check the order against the screen, and hand to the customer. I should have known this was going to be an absolute fail when we sat at the order intercom for 15 minutes. Only to have the guy come on and say “Hey - uh are you ready to order or what?” Yes dude - I sat here long enough to read the menu 3 times over. I’ve seen sloths climb down trees faster than this kid input each item I wanted. Bro, let me in there and I’ll do it myself. Jeeze. I had four items. FOUR. Two of which were the same thing. They weren’t busy - one car ahead of us. 3 people were standing inside by the drive through window doing God knows what. And they STILL managed to forget my cheese for my nachos. My chips and CHEESE nachos. I got a bag of broken chips and no cheese. My bad for not checking it at the window. The icing on the cake was the soggy tacos and the bean burrito that was slightly warm with 2 shreds of cheese and a splash of sauce I found at the very bottom.
