This taco bell has gone down hill tremendously over the years unfortunately. The last visit was very unpleasant. An item was missing from the order, the food was cold by the time I got back home the first time. Went back for missing item and was Greeted poorly before the employees sat down without making missing item. I waited 5 minutes before the manager I assume assisted me and made my one missing item. Why would the employees sit down after being told I came back for said missing item?? This is not the first unpleasant visit I had with this store. Do better yall! They are hit or miss like every other Taco Bell. Went there a week ago to get Beefy Melt Burritos and they completely messed up my order. Got refunded and a free $10 item because of it. Yesterday, redeemed that free item and everything was perfect. Went there again today and everything was perfect again. When I walked in to grab my order, I noticed employees were having a meeting with a shift leader about customer complaints. Seems like they are trying to improve, because every time they mess up, that's free items for us customers, which means money lost for Taco Bell. Food: 5

Ordered a power bowl with no guacamole and got guacamole. Ordered nachos and got no chips. Ordered two mini melts and got chalupas instead. The portion of the order they actually got correct was cold, and everything was smashed due to it being crammed in the bag. This location is the bomb. I love all Taco Bell’s but I love the people at this one. They’re always friendly and nice and I always get napkins! Chefs freakin kiss bro. I always get my sauces and all my stuff and the one time I didn’t and I got someone else’s order, the cutie pie manager gave me some free taco coupons. I do not understand how it is even possible for so many orders to be screwed up. Luckily DoorDash compensates this stupidity. Time and time again items I ordered have been missing and tamper seals not present on said items. The items I ordered are literally on the receipt yet you can’t take an extra two seconds to verify all items are within the bag before handing them over to the Dasher. Service Delivery

I've been going here for 7 years now. NEVER in those 7 years have they gotten my order right. Mostly missing items from my order, sometimes they get the whole order completely wrong. I'm tired of this. I've probably just given taco bell $1000s just from missing tacos alone. I mean honestly, get it together. Or get better employees. Idc.
