This sucked! My grandson doesn't eat meat. We ordered 2 beans cheese rice burritos. As you see in the picture one has beef. Also I had to ask for cups. No politeness just my name and a tray shoved at me. When I took the burrito up to complain I had to get someone's attention even though I'm standing there with 2 burritos. They were remade but no apology or any. I didn't see a manager at all. Several tables dirty. Ordered online So we can go through drive thru quicker. Well that was a really big mistake because we waited in line for 50 minutes. When we finally got up to the speaker we were told they can't accommodate any orders. They said something about not enough food and something with their online orders going down. Cars were pulling out of the drive thru line. The only reason why we stayed is because my daughter already paid for her food on the app. They knew this problem was happening and the line of cars were piling up. They should have had somebody walk outside and let everybody know what was happening instead of having us all wait there. Highly disappointed. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m writing this review in regards to a negative experience I had involving an employee at this location. I am a DoorDash driver and I was sent on a run to pick up an order at this location during store hours. When I arrived it was a few minutes past midnight (going into Sunday) which is when they close but in my mind if they accepted an order while the store was open then you would think they would still honor the customers order and have it ready for pick up when I got there. But no. I pulled up to the drive thru as directed by DD and immediately without even getting to say anything the kid working the headset/drive thru orders began shouting at me “the storeeee is closeeeeddd” while dragging out his words to emphasize his statement. I proceeded to say nicely, “Hi, I’m here to pick up a DD order for so and so…” Immediately he repeated the same statement “the store is closed” dragging out his words to be arrogant again. At this point, I asked him why they took on the order if they aren’t going to fulfill it? With an attitude he says “do you doordashers not know your job, they send doordashers too late you idiot!” Then he proceeded to insult, mock and yell at me through the speaker box being aggressive with no care in the world about how he’s speaking to me. As I drove around to the side of the drive thru he was hiding and nowhere in sight on purpose so I couldn’t see his face yet I could hear him still yelling and throwing out slurs and ignorant rhetoric until I left. This kid had a huge ego, literally told me he didn’t care if he got fired and blatantly tried to intimidate me. As a DD driver, we’re sent to a lot of sketchy/unsafe locations and we get low pay more than half the time we dash… we don’t get reimbursed for gas/car maintenance/mileage. We earn our money based on tips from customers and a small base pay from DD which can be between $2-10 but usually on the lower side. My time is precious when it comes to earning money and fulfilling an order is just as important. If we don’t fulfill an order we lose out on that pay completely! All time/gas wasted. All we’re trying to do is fulfill our orders and do our jobs (safely) just like anyone else. Interactions like this make both customers and DD drivers unsafe!! Imagine what this kid could be doing to people’s food if he’s speaking to customers and DD’s this way!! This behavior is completely immature, unprofessional, ignorant and down right disrespectful. Terrible customer service skills and no respect for his job position. This happened Saturday, December 16th 2023 into Sunday. I have pictures of one of the workers vehicles who was there that day, there was at least 2 people. There needs to be full accountability for his actions and briefings on hospitality standards with the store workers. His leadership needs to come up with better training for staff, either that or stop hiring ignorant kids. Everytime I go to this location the workers are goofing off, moving very slow, swearing and messing around especially the evening crew. Taco bell, Hummelstown… do better! I haven’t been to Taco Bell in several years, and every time I’m dumb enough to go back, I get reminded why. This is the inside of the Crunchwrap Supreme in 2023. The couple pieces of meat you see is all that was provided. I wouldn’t even be as annoyed/insulted if they totally forgot and didn’t put ANY meat, because it almost certainly takes more effort to scoop up a spoonful all to then make sure to only put this much, rather than just none at all. The tacos themselves are hardly better; I would say they literally have a fifth of the meat they used to (or as the photos advertise) at best. This just goes to show what Taco Bell thinks of you and I as customers, and hopefully we finally learn Service Take out Price per person $1–10

Worst taco bell food I've ever experienced and gotten. Crunchwrap was charged for the extra tomatoes I requested and came with none, hardly any lettuce or meat. It was a sad nacho cheese quesadilla at this point. The Mexican pizza was thrown in the box like they dropped it on the floor and then put it back in the bag. The tacos were sad but not the worst so those were okay, but never ask for "plain" cause they don't understand what that means. Specify "meat and tortilla only" for future reference. I was an employee here for Taco Bell and my sister had an unexpected asthma attack and the gm fired me because I told her I could come in and she was mad and told me she’s not missing her vacation for nobody. I also told her, her assistant manager got smart with me on my first day she also told me that can never happened because that her right hand man. I told her I still want to work there but she so no and to turn in me uniform. This is the one on Hummelstown pa don’t work here I wouldn’t recommend

I ordered my food through DoorDash and we’r fully vegetarian and we ordered all vegetarian but we got one chalupa with beef (we specifically mentioned in the order to not include beef). We took our order to the Hummelstown Taco Bell but the employees and manager talked with us very rudely in an inappropriate behaviour. The manager literally threw a bag at my face. We understand we had to go through DoorDash but the employees and specially the manager was really rude to us.
