Horrible establishment and will not consider this under any circumstance. Went to pull my taco supreme out of the bag in drive through, and it spilled out all over me. The way that they had made them and then set them in the bag unwrapped made it impossible to remove. On top of that, they had forgotten the order of 2 soft tacos. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was eating my food and saw an opened sunflower seed in my nacho sauce around second shift around 5:00 maybe 5:30. I got disgusted. I called them and said I don’t want a refund or anything I just want to tell yall that it was a sunflower seed in food and all I ask was for them to tell their employees to be careful or stop eating. The lady on the phone told me “welll nobody don’t eat seed flowers seeds here , and I don’t allow them to eat on the floor “welll obviously SOMEONE was eating on the floor if it’s a spitted out sunflower in my food!! That is beyond nastyyy . I love Taco Bell dearly but it’s nasty employees like that who make me pick which location to go too . Definitely well be speaking to corporate only because she had a very nasty attitude on the phone! 🤢 Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Taco Bell is so good. This one of great & I'm hoping that I haven't given it a bad review, but if I did, I will delete it. Everything is usually irreversible, but it's always a good idea anywhere to check your bag(s) & make sure you ask for the sauces that you want. Some put too many. Some don't put any at all unless you ask. It's great no matter what. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would not even give single star either if they personally asks me. One of the worst location I have ever tasted. Those two black girl who works on night shift always passing time and never serve a good food anytime. I wish sometime call the cops and hand it over them. NEVER GO THER, NEVER Service Dine in Price per person $20–30

Literally if you can avoid stopping at this location then you should. I came because I needed some food quick before my shift, but time and time again they always serve messy food or poorly made food. Cashier was nice this time though, typically that’s bad too. The location is garbage one of the worst I can have in US. The managers serves you sheets in terams of your order. Please take serious action among all the employees from 7pm to 1am. These guys don’t want to work. Whatever you ask in drive through they will tell we are out of that. Peace of sheet management. I am from chicago and never have such bad experience. I am writing review after 5-6 experience so don’t comeback by judge my comments

This is probably the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. First of all, it’s always playing Christian music and who doesn’t want to praise Jesus while eating your Crunchwrap, amirite? Second, the customer service is excellent. People are friendly and kind and helpful. And the quality of food preparation is honestly unlike any Taco Bell I’ve been to, everything is always very well put together. The servers are friendly and they speak clearly. However, today's food was the worst prepared food I've seen from a taco Bell. My burrito was hardly in the tortilla, the soft tacos were happy in the wrapper half in the tortilla, and my quesadilla had cheese and sauce exploded all over the packaging. I didn't take a picture of the burrito but the sorry stay off the food completely overpowered the sweet staff

I do not recommend coming to this Taco Bell. You will be disrespected and ignored. This is a very poorly maintained staff and restaurant. The food was semi correct and cold. We dined in. We waited 10 minutes and no one said a word to us. We took the hint to use the kiosk and put our order in. At no point before the order was completed did a worker let us know that there were items in our order they didn't have (cinnamon twists). We found out from a couple ahead of us, who received nachos instead. We asked if it was possible to substitute the Cinnabon bites in their place. The worker had an attitude as we asked but said that was fine. We got our order, which we had put modifications on when ordered. The tacos were not correct. There were supposed to be 3 supreme tacos without cheese and tomatoes. One taco came supreme with cheese and the other two were just beef and cheese. I took them back up and explained they were wrong and how they should of been made. The lady that stepped up to re-address what was wrong told me that they were made to order and when I said that they weren't, she turned back to the kitchen and told another person to remake them. As she started to assemble another order while I stood at the counter to watch my food being made, she continued to talk about me just loud enough for me to hear but not make out the words. These workers all had attitude and were rude, did not want to do their jobs, and had not one ounce of respect for their customers. The restaurant was not clean either. We will not be back to this establishment. The only reason I gave it one star is because you cannot give half a star or less. I may not go back to Taco Bell at all after this.
