They completely messed up our order, bathrooms had no paper towels + urinal doesnt work. When we got home, the order was wrong and just tossed in the boxes. Burritos contents were completely emptied into the wraps... yall want a raise but can make a simple order. Waited THIRTY-TWO minutes inside, and that was for a pre-order (bought and paid on the Taco Bell app before I arrived)! Had I not already paid, I'd have been gone. I realize they prioritize drive-thru customers, but only three vehicles went through it, the entire time I was there. Only one couple waiting for their food inside when I walked in, too - THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT AT ALL BUSY. A guy was walking in as I was leaving. I said, "I hope you're not in a hurry," and he asked what I meant. I explained that I had waited more than a half-hour for my food after someone finally came up to the counter and was informed that I was there to pick up my order. He turned around and followed me out. Their food is now overpriced and undersized - and even the best "fast" food on the planet is not worth such a lengthy wait! Poor customer service. Dining room and kitchen were both filthy. Staff too busy standing around and talking instead of cleaning the BRAND NEW store. Unsatisfactory is an understatement. Will not be back.

Ordered supreme 12 pack soft tacos. All 12 have not tomatoes but sour cream. They won't answer number on receipt.

Wanted a vanilla frosty. Only peppermint. Not local restaurant's problem....corporate issue. Please provide vanilla frosty while serving your other flavors. They have vanilla as base flavor so I am sure there is a solution. Different distribution machine with three nozzles like at other restaurants. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I used to love going here, and had innately put five stars down. 5YRS ago. But night crew there is absolutely trash. Everyone seems like jerks, none of the headset workers pay attention to what you are saying because they are too busy trying to rush you out of the line. I understand that fast food employees are working their tushies off, but if every time you work is you just being the most unprofessional and unenthusiastic version of yourself then why do you continue to work there? Not to mention half of night shift looks complete high. I understand it’s mostly teenagers and young adults but if you are constantly being ridiculous and rude to customers when you are considered “the face” of a company. It’s fast food but if you don’t want to stay in fast food for the rest of your life as just a crew member have some dignity in your job and respect of how well you do your job. No important employers wants to hear how you can’t give references on your application because of how much of a liability and problematic person you are, Or the references you do have don’t really have any optimistic information about you.

Fast service and a clean restaurant, this Taco Bell breaks the mold on the stereotype on Taco Bells. Parking lot is a big tricky for larger vehicles and their drive through. Still a nice restaurant continently located on South Side.

3rd time in a row.. ordered two tacos off the $2 menu and twice asked for extra hot sauce. This time I got 3 packs lol. Last time I got none.. need to reset the soda machine because my dew has almost no taste to it but that’s normal for this store.. is it to much to ask to get 2-3 packs for a burrito?
