If something goes wrong with order, you expect to be politely handled by staff while the order is fixed. That's not here, you call to complain and after asking for mgr the mgr then dismisses you and gangs up. So you email what you think is corporate and after 2 weeks you get a response and they say hey here is something for your rewards account hope we solve you issue, all they sent is the same free delivery coupon you normally see Just like anyone else they don't care except to just write you off.

They said they were out of anything that has a flour tortilla which is 75% of their menu items. I understand stuff happens but based on previous reviews this seems to be a pattern with this location.
