Taco bell always tastes good. Just wish they would cook their food longer because it's usually luke warm and the cheese is never melted on the foods that are supposed to be a nice hot temp. Seems like every taco bell I go to does this. But besides having to put it in the microwave everything is great

The food is improving a lot. I don't know exactly what taco bell did to it's food but it taste good and you get a lot for the price. Service iiss extremely slow. Like plan on spending at least 15-30 minutes even if you order ahead. Atmosphere just like the commercials it's obvious they are catering to millennials who or hip or cool. Ordered 2 taco party packs they didn't have a lot of anything in them. Pretty pathetic tonight. Chips instead of tacos? Most of them were like this. They also didn't have any KFC.

Food gave me stomach issues like 30 min after leaving. People were friendly. Don't buy the lemon cake. Just trust me on this Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Seems like three soft tacos and a beefy burrito to me had multiple problems with this place but never posted but here they don't care about whether your order is done right they want to move you around the line and push ya through so ya trash place overall didn't matter how many rotations of employees there are still glaring issues exist.

So, apparently whoever owns this Taco Bell thinks its funny to let the staff do whatever they want. Pulled up at 10:03pm and they already have the sign and outside lights off but there are two people at the drive thru window and a lobby full of people. I sit at the sign and they don't even have the decency to tell me their closed or even turn on the automatic closed message. I get out to go inside to find out why and a employee having a smoke outside said they were closed but refused to tell me why they were closing, TWO HOURS BEFORE ADVERTISED! BY THE BIG SIGN IN THE WINDOW THATS SAYS "DRIVE THRU OPEN TILL MIDNIGHT"! Aside from always feeling like they are understaffed, they are constantly run out of ingredients, take long to make anything fresh on the KFC side and as of recently, you'll be lucky for them to have ice for your drinks in the drive thru. Not sure what's going on in the managment side of this place, but they need some new management, FAST! Corporate will hear about it this time. Not cool guys!

One employee out of four that I could see from the drive through window was wearing masks. One of them wasn’t even wearing a uniform and was eating behind the counter. This is the SECOND time I’ve come here when an employee/s weren’t wearing masks; included picture is of the previous time a few days ago. I would give this location 0/5 if I could. *Edit: I would also like to add, as you can see in the picture, that the drive through window is kinda gross and I’ve never seen it clean. Never been inside because I only ever stop by right before work. I did not buy anything this second time, and I don’t think I’ll be visiting again. Please give the one employee who was wearing their mask a bonus.

We came here for dinner while passing through Heber on the fourth of July. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lady who took our order updated us twice on its status when it took longer than expected to prepare. The guy cleaning the dining area helped us clear our table and complimented our kids. The food was garden variety Taco Bell/KFC, so make of that what you will. But the service was so generous, and the workers were so friendly that we’ll most likely be back next time we’re in Heber. I only wish I had gotten names so I could compliment them individually.
