I've ordered from this location multiple different times now, each time hoping that the experience will be better than the last but I finally just give up. Just this past visit I ordered two tacos and a burrito via the app for carry out. Upon arrival I find a bag of food with no label indicating whose it was and the "seal" was haphazardly placed on only one side of the bag with the bag wide open. I inquire who it was for and of course it was mine but then had to ask for my cup so I could get my drink that was nowhere to be found. After looking into the wide open bag I find that the bag was not the only thing left wide open - all my food is barely wrapped (one taco wide open to the world) and meat/cheese/lettuce/tomato strewn about in the bag. This is a regular occurrence. The service here is horrible, the people just don't care. Couple this with the heightened prices compared to other Taco Bells in the surrounding areas and this place is just best avoided. I'll give it two stars because at least the food didn't get me sick. I ordered 3 soft tacos supreme. I added extra meat. I have to say that these tacos were way better than many overpriced sit down Mexican Restaurants. Many times restaurants who charge 2 or 3 times the price of fast food just can't make their offerings as good as fast food . I loved my tacos. I ordered 2 tacos without cheese. Both came with cheese. I have a dairy allergy. I reached out to the store to get my money back because I didn't check my order until 5 mins down the road (I'm not wasting my time to drive back). Let me tell you, I will NEVER be back to this location. My roommate placed a mobile order to this location and we arrived at around 7 to pick it up, the drive through was already down and the only entrance was locked. The employees saw us outside the door that clearly said they didn’t close the dining area until 20. They came out of the employee side entrance and asked what we wanted. We told them about our pick up order, and they said to go through the drive through. When we told them we’d already tried that, they went back inside. We went back through the drive through and as we were waiting by the window, they locked it and I could hear the employees laughing at us from inside. Came at 10 pm and the food was nice and hot but cashier refused to sell us soft drinks and said we could order tea. Even though we could clearly see that the soft drink machine looked like it was in well working condition. It was obvious they had already cleaned it and just wanted to keep and leave tonight on time. Very disappointed. I think they need to change there sign to never open ...I have been there at different hours as I work down the road from it. The lobby is always locked ..and if u go through the drive Thru ur lucky to get someone that don't make u feel like ur wasting there time and didn't even get my order right.
