They've been doing a great job recently, they're super understanding when I ordered my food wrong, and even remade it still. I thank the team working 2/28 as you did extremely well and were very kind. The food was perfect tonight. We got home… there was hair in the Mashed potatoes ( clearly not any of our it was BLACK) . We called and asked to speak to the manager on duty. Well we were very nice at first he told us everyone in that kitchen was wearing a hairnet all day so there’s no way it could’ve happened… We replied telling him it was gross to have hair in the food in the first place but to deny it and not fix it is even More disgusting. 2 cars in line...me being the 2nd. Just to order took 15 minutes. Another 10 to pay... then an additional 10 to get my food. Food that I received was wrong, cold and the chalupa tasted like old fryer oil and was broken and a burnt cracker. Inedible. Now I don't have high expectations with fast food but this was very disappointing to have wait so long for such a bad food and a incorrect order. Good luck turning that location around. I asked for cheesy fiesta potatoes. And I got a kfc side dish(smaller dish then it is supposed to come in) 75% full of sour cream and nacho cheese with barely any potatoes and…. They gave me three kfc fries with a few tiny pieces of potato because they were clearly out of potatoes and decided not to say anything. Went to restaurant ordered food and then asked when they where making my beefy cheesy melt to steam it. The cook had sarcastic attitude saying he was doing that. The they never announced our order being done so it sat on the counter a few minutes. No ice for the soda machine. Which is clearly marked but not the issue. The gentleman taking order was amazing. Waited entirely too long for our food French fries were ice cold and they were too busy talking in the back instead of making our food and getting it out in a timely manner. Anyone else that came in that had to wait was comped a dessert a drink of french fry anything we weren't even offered anything at all had to ask for honey mustard won't be visiting for a while. We waited in the drive thru line for an hour. Once we got our food, it was cold. We took a peek inside the window and there were plenty of people inside working so I’m not sure why it took so long. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The crew was on point tonight. Drive thru wasn't a very long wait, reasonable for the length of the line. The guy that took my order was very friendly and personable. They ran out of chalupas and was gonna be a wait so they offered an alternative and I had no issues with that. Yall need to send a crew in to fix their signs and stuff though. Obviously there is no leadership here!! Employees are slow, waiting around with their hands in pockets while customers are waiting at least 20mins for food. This definitely not fast food.
