Ordered a plain Mexican pizza, due to allergy to beans. And thy doubled me up with beans, tonight's cashier was very unpleasant when I gave her 2.00 in quarters to co.plte my 8.00 total. Lousey service from this cashier, people check your order before leaving,

I can't believe I'm writing a 5 star review for a Taco Bell! This is the cleanest one I've ever been in my whole life (and believe me, I've eaten a LOT of tacos!) This location is even cleaner than newly built ones I've eaten at. The order was fast, hot and exactly as I asked for it. I'm here shortly after the reopening due to the Covid-19 closiers. The lady who takes your temperature at the entrance is cleaning the windows right now! And that's because she's already cleaned and sanitized every table in the restaurant! There are currently no dirty tables, no trash anywhere on the floor, not even a stray piece of cheese that fell off a taco. So it's super clean, I feel safe here. But as most readers from PR will know, fast food restraunts here in PR are almost NEVER fast. I don't understand how chicken places that have everything already cooked can take so long to put your chicken and prepackaged mashed potatoes in a bag for you when there are always 8 to 10 people working behind the counter. I could only see 2 people working behind the counter making food, and 2 taking orders. One at the drive through and one for front counter. And yet they made my order without tomatoes exactly as I asked in less than a minute! We need to bring chicken restaurant managers over here so they can learn about efficiency. All of this happened at noon. Yup the lunch rush. If you like Taco Bell you'll love this restaurant!

The customer service is good. But they should improve the cleanliness of tables, floors and bathrooms. They placed the ice container on the floor. When they went to pour the ice they touched it underneath and with that same dirty hand they accommodated the ice. They touched (practically rubbed it) the counter with gloves and went on to prepare food. They need to train employees with the issue of hygiene.

Rio Hondo's Taco Bell is my absolute favorite one! Why? They are good listeners, always get my food just how I ordered and they are ridiculously fast! If you want a quick bite don't let the long line dismotivate you! The wait is usually a brief one. Again, food is always in it's best! I've never had trouble or complain with their service.
