We’ve been to a few Taco Bells, and some.. due to their not filling a burrito or taco with barely half the ingredients, we won’t go back to. But this one, from the time we entered the door to the time we left -everything was exceptional. Greeted immediately with a positive attitude and a smile; the order was perfect, and then thanking us as we left. Wow. We will be sure to come back. Jessy H- thank you! The man working the drive through tonight, 12/1/23 around 6pm, was phenomenal. He cracked jokes, ensured our order was accurate and even labeled the 2 crunch wraps with which one was no sour cream (which has never been done for us.) If I could rate this a negative star I would. The simple order I had was clearly too difficult for the employees here. My taco was smushed and soggy. Crunchwrap had nothing in it and looked like someone sat on it. Everything was disgusting and I paid 22 dollars for what? Lol Taco Bell is overpriced and this location in particular just happens to be disgusting too. I called the location and they hung up on me. That’s who’s making your food, they probably spit in it. Everett you’re really unprofessional having crazy outbursts in the drive thru window. Seek help bud 👌🏼

I want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this location messed up my order last night not once, but twice. I’d ordered the power bowl fresco style (no dairy) and the first time was given it with all the dairy on the item. I went around the drive thru and told them there was a mistake and was given another bowl. Once I pulled thru, I realized it still had ranch all over it. At this point I went inside and the person helping me told me it’s just ranch, to which I replied that ranch does have dairy in it. I understand if the average person doesn’t know what does and doesn’t contain dairy, but I feel it’s crucial in training that workers are taught about the these allergens. I finally got the bowl made correctly and also grabbed a fork and salsas while inside as those were both missing from my first two orders. 2 stars because I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the person helping me was doing their best and seemed frustrated with the staff who made it incorrectly. Please Taco Bell, train your staff to be more careful with allergens such as dairy within menu items. I love Taco Bell for their veggie options, but will not be returning to this location.

Times are harder with that being said Taco Bell has become a place to grab linch occasionally, today was terrible. They are very good about asking for you to donate up but they can’t even put the correct meal in there or a packet of hot sauce that they ask you if you want of yourself why can’t we try a little harder and become better at customer service. Was the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food joint. Confirms why I don’t eat at Taco Bell. I ordered a taco and burrito cravings box and they asked what I ordered 3 times, then proceeded to come look at the menu from where I was standing. After which she went back around and put each item in the computer one at a time putting my order total to over 40$. The order I wanted was $18.99 for 4 tacos and 5 burritos. After we got that figured out, my food came out and I was missing a burrito from my cravings box. What a joke of a place to eat full of drug addicts and people who can’t speak English. Won’t go back. This store can’t grasp the most simple task of assembling and wrapping a taco! Very sparse contents in the tacos. Tacos were loosely wrapped and placed in the bag upside down so contents fell out into the bag. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Owners either don’t care or don’t know. It's always a great place to go grab a quick bite! They allow dine-in now. I ordered a veggie power bowl, a supreme soft taco, and a supreme burrito. The veggie power bowl was good, but didn't have enough tomatoes. They have many different sauces to choose including mild, hot, fire, and diablo. The diablo sauce wasn't very spicy.
