Not sure if the manager was trying to be a smart you know what or if she was actually being nice but I greatly appreciate the hot sauce that she gave me. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple tacos and a burrito and ask the lady for as much Fire Sauce as she could give me without getting in trouble as I got up to the window I saw the manager kind of push her way in and moving around a lot like she was doing something with the sauce after receiving my bag of food 3/4 of the bag was nothing but Fire Sauce that's customer service I asked him for as much as possible and they served. The second time theyve given me the wrong bag with the wrong items in it! The first time it happened I couldnt even eat the item in the bag because of my stomach issues. The second time being tonight at 10:40 they gave me a small bag and I was automatically upset because I bought 27$ worth of items and I know they all wouldnt fit in a tiny bag! I instead find 3 items I didnt order and go back around, they gladly tell me to come around again and give me the correct bag. Only to find I have no nacho cheese for my tacos and even though I said NO LETTUCE theres still lettuce!! This location no matter what after 8pm is terrible! Food: 2 Service: 1

Awesome food, as reliable as a 2012 Honda Civic. There was one time we waited a little long for our order because of a systom error, but as soon as we brought it up, we were given a free drink, and our food came out hot and ready. I swear I get a brain aneurysm every time I visit this location. I’ve given three chances and every time they fail. They ask you a minimum of three questions per item. It takes several minutes just to order a few things. I ordered a beef quesorito. Drive thru attended asked if I wanted extra beef and cheese. I said no, just the burrito. She removed every single item from the burrito on the screen. I asked why she did that and got an annoyed huff from her before a manager took over and restarted my order. When I pulled up to the window the attendant refused to even look at me. I was handed my iced coffee and it was full of to the top with ice and the coffee wasn’t even filled half way. I was annoyed at this point so I went elsewhere for coffee. I got maybe two gulps out of my drink. Every time it’s endless questions and a complicated ordering process. I went in yesterday around 11PM and I had a pretty big mobile order. When I got up to the window I was told the blue frosty was out but and asked if I wanted a different flavor I said strawberry was fine and to make it up they gave it to us in a large cup (which is not normally the large for slushies) I already thought they were so nice in the drive through I pulled around to make sure I had everything and I was missing 2 nachos so I went back through and let them know and they had it ready instantly and bagged before I got to the window they also gave me a few coupons to make up for forgetting the chips overall it was very fast and they were so nice I’m not sure how to spell it but the main person to help us was named Demark he was so sweet and went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of! 02-11 @ 3pm The drive-thru cashier rushed us through our entire order, asked us if we were ready and when we asked for a moment to look through the menu she asked us three different times if she could help us find something rather than wait for us to decide. When we got to the window she handed us a bag and said goodbye, literally shutting the window in our face. No sauce, no receipt. We had to ask for sauce... Seriously rude. Avoid this place like the plague past midnight. The staff work ethic goes down the drain and quality of food goes out the window! Firstly, I ordered 2 quesadillas at around 1:30am, is it my fault for coming in at this hour? I feel like it is but I shouldn’t have to feel this way. You’re open until 2am the quality and work ethic should be the same throughout. Don’t make me feel bad for coming in at this hour! Anyways, let me just say I can make my own quesadilla at home, but I had just got out of the movie theatre at Jordan Commons and I wanted that sweet sweet Creamy Jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla, that sauce is soooo bomb!! It’s the only thing I order, chicken quesadilla EXTRA CREAMY JALAPEÑO SAUCE! I order 2 of them bad boys, drive home take 1 bite realize there’s no sauce in that bite, huh? So I take another bite just to be sure…. What’s this? No sauce? I open the whole thing up, there is no sauce to be found. I open the second one…. No sauce. How are you going to charge me for extra sauce and not even put it on at all!?!? Welp, I look at the clock 1:52am, I live in Midvale, I can speed there and make it before they close. I’m at the drive thru window at 1:59am on the dot and the lights are all on. I can see the person working as I drive around after no answer at the drive thru, I drive up one more time for good measure, still no answer but by this time it’s 2:01am and they are closed. Lastly, all i’m saying is the people working were already closing up shop at 1:30am and did not keep to their usual standard like they do during the day shifts as I go to this place often during the day. Day shift rocks! All in all, don’t come here past midnight!! The workers could care less are incompetent, have no work ethic and/or customer skills what so ever. Colossally screwed up my order. Only one thing I ordered was kind of right, but it didn't have the jalapeños I paid for. The other thing I ordered was literally just a tortilla with lettuce and cheese. It was supposed to be the spicy potato one from the cravings menu. No potatoes, no jalapeños, no sour cream, not even good because there was nothing on it but cheese and a ton of lettuce. Do not recommend. As a germophobe, I'm not happy that Taco Bell is moving everything to the kiosk. Only if you decide to dine in. Instead of redirecting me to the kiosk, the gentleman behind the front counter immediately asked to take my order instead of what other locations of done. As such, customer service has not completely died at this location. Five stars! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just placed an order here. They asked me on every single item if I would like extra meat, waited for me to answer, then extra sour cream, waited for me to answer, then if I wanted to add jalapenos. Waited for me to answer. I asked for no tomatoes on one item, looks like I got extra tomatoes. This felt like immature young adults trying to annoy me. If this is a new policy, that adds three follow up questions to each item I ordered, I will not eat here again. If it's a childish game your employees are playing, handle it. Wish I knew her name.
