This location sets a new low bar for Taco Bell. They consistently mess up orders. They're out of critical ingredients with astounding frequency. No one goes to Taco Bell expecting phenomenal quality. But it's consistently good enough. Generally. With the remarkable exception of this franchisee. I didn't think it was possible to make Taco Bell totally inedible, but this location managed to do it. The food is getting one star as a complaint to Taco Bell in general. Not this particular store. They have gutted their meat portions while keeping prices insanely high. An order that would've cost me about $30 2 years ago was over $50 today. And the portion of meat is less than half of what it should be. Now if you want a regular portion of meat you have to pay for "extra". Just say your charging your customers even more for a fair portion of food on top of that insane price hikeTaco Bell. Be honest. Extremely disappointed in this company. I guess all honesty in this industry is officially gone. Customer service tonight was 5 stars for friendly, quick, efficient staff. Taco Bell, you need to do better. I hope your board of directors and whoever else is in charge of pricing to portion ratio is ashamed of themselves and their theft from their customers. Did a fairly large online order for pickup. Was missing 4 items. Not really a huge deal called in that I was coming back for them. Waited nearly 10 mins for someone to come to the counter. One employee thought their conversation with a friend was more important than serving their customers. Not really enthused with the service. The food was as good as fast food can be no complaints there. But service and attentiveness to customers could use some work. I picked up 2 orders for doordash and it took 30min. There was only one other order that came through the drive through. Staff was very un professional. I'm sure the customers loved their cold food. Service Delivery Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food I ended up with was just fine. But it seems everytime I go here there is a 10 minute wait on my food. And this last time I had to get a substitute for something I ordered after I ordered it. There lobby was a bit of a mess as well but that's probably because they were busy. I would love to see them sometime when there not busy but for now 3 stars. Oh and I think there hiring. Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food, but now they put some kind of spicy sauce on everything! What happened to letting the customer decide what level of heat they want? Isn't that why there are sauce packets that range from mild to hellfire? Also, bring back the Chili Cheese burrito! My friends and I love taco bell it's great for a late night snack. Although I did have one incident when I had gone about 30 mins before closing. (I didn't realize that at the time otherwise I wouldn't have gone so close to closing) I pulled up to the drive through and the came over the speaker and told me to hold on and then proceeded to turn off all the drive through lights and menu lights. I sat there for a second confused before a different person came on the speaker and apologized. It was unprofessional in my opinion. I would have been happy if they had just told me they were close to closing the store and had stuff cleaned up already. They ended up taking my small order.
