Food was good but more importantly was the overall customer service experience. We met a young lady from Kenya. There was a little wait but she handled everything exceptionally and offered a drink while I waited. Best $25 I’ve spent. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Remodel is very nice, but food doubled in price and went down 1/2 the size. Staff is friendly, but they do it all. One person to work inside, drive thru, run cash registers, and package food. And if you go inside you have to order thru a kiosk. Kiosk are fine if that is how you want to roll, but if I wanted to wait on myself I would cook at home. This restaurant consistently serves poorly made food. The attitudes of the staff members are just as sloppy. When I say consistently, I mean three times per month for over a year now, every single order is half made.This is the "Cheesy Gordita Crunch" I ordered today...The shells are hard and stale and I've never in my life had it served like this. No one was in front of me, there's NEVER a rush there, and really no excuse for service like this, over and over.. I hope Taco Bell pays some attention to this particular store and how it's run.

Messed my order up so badly. Did the person in front of me also. When I was looking for the quesadilla a young lady aggressively tried to yell. I smiled realizing the situation so I gave her all the food back and said God bless you ma’am I’m not about to yell as a Christian and she calmed down afterwards. To defuse the situation I said, “I must have misspoke because I know it’s impossible for you to make a mistake. So I obviously made the mistake.” I’ll never go back to this location. Hope God fixes her pain inside but she needs more training.

Was missing over half my order. When I pulled through to tell them they told me they were going to call the police. I was being calm I just wanted the rest of my order. They instructed me to pull around where the manager met me at the window, asked for my receipt, handed me a drink, and then slammed the window in my face. I waited at the front door as instructed for about 15 minutes as order after order came out to customers. I understand that it was a late night order, but I wasn't mean, I didn't raise my voice. Not once, even after the guy tried to dismiss me with a "have a blessed day" or laughing at me when I said I was missing food. I don't even like Taco Bell, but this was ridiculous. It might only be $15 dollars of burritos, but I paid for it and they did not perform their side of that exchange. Worst manners I have ever seen from any fast food employee. If you're hungry, go somewhere else, I promise you it's worth the wait. Absolute trash location. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme, the tiny portion of meat looks like it accidently made its way there. This is the saddest attempt iv ever seen in any fast food. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Went to this “fine” establishment ordered a chalupa box. Didn’t get the box and went to put hot sauce on my burrito to find this sorry excuse for an already sorry excuse for food. I tried to take a picture of the disgrace of a chalupa I was given but my phone started crying. I can’t believe these people think minimum wage should be more than $7.40 an hour! After this performance I think it should be lowered to $5.25!

Currently waiting over 30 minutes for three burritos. After I asked where my order was, they told me they already made it and asked me to wait a bit longer. It's not even particularly busy, the drive thru line is a step away from barren and the four customers that have came in after me have already gotten their food and left. Wouldn't recommend this one, just drive the extra five minutes for either of the other Taco Bells in Gulfport. Seems like another unfortunately understaffed Taco Bell. My favorite item wasn’t in their menu. Food wasn’t very warm. Bathroom is locked at all times and have to ask to use it.
