The workers seemed to be having a bad day. We were asked to order on the kiosk. We waited and waited and waited and waited for our food. My child changed his mind 3 times on where to sit the wait was so long. By the time we got our food my husband was irritated at how long he stood at the counter waiting. I ordered nacho fries for our child and a nacho fries box for myself. I got my fries but my child didn't get his fries. We ordered my child a drink but they only gave two large drinks so my husband gave out child his. Once the Centreville Al location opens I won't have a need to come back to this one. This place is 100% ridiculous!!! Tonight I placed an order through Doordarsha an when I recieved my order EVERYTHING WAS WRONG, almost like I recieved a vegans meal. Contacted Doordarshan to get a refund and tried to replace the order, and when it arrived it was all still incorrect. They completely ignored all special request as well as just plain didn't read the order. & wasn't able to eat any of it at all!! Completely ridiculous after spending almost $30 for food twice for it to still be messed up! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As fast food places go, it seems that “service with a smile” is a thing of the past. But….. not so here. The staff have always been so friendly and courteous! They actually stand out among other fast food and restaurants in general. Orders are most always correct, but if there is a problem, it has been corrected courteously and with a smile. Service of this level definitely helps keep return customers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Overall, it was what you would expect. But if I were to offer critique, the tacos were a little soggy with their soft shells, sticking to the paper. The other thing I would advise for the business is to watch the excessive amounts of hot sauce packets given for 3 soft tacos. If done repeatedly, that would eat into your bottom line. this place is horrible all the food was absolutely disgusting, this was the 2nd time i had to order tonight because they acrewed up my order th first time and th 2nd time it was just old and disgusting like it yad been sitting around for hours, i used to work for taco vell and i know it takes well over an hour for a crunch wrap to become that soggy and disgusting, and who ever cant tell chicken from steak is a complete idiot, the 2 quesadillas i got got of the 3 i ordered (as chicken) were both steak, and so dry they were inedible Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
