Food is good. I've been going there for years and it's always had good food. Problem is now they have everything digital. And yes it is a problem. The last few times my husband and i went there we ordered from the menu and waited for our food. It came out immediately but...no drinks which i admit has always been the one problem I've had with them in the past even in drive through. They have no way for us to get our cups ahead of time so we have to wait for the order to get them which wouldn't be a problem except they don't actually put it on the tray. And trying to get their attention to let them know they forgot part of our order is a battle in and of itself and because It's automated there is absolutely no one manning the counter for if there is problems. It wouldn't be so bad except we are paying for all our order including the drinks and by having them constantly not giving them to us i feel like the restaurant is trying to cheat us. It is on the order and i don't understand why its so hard to just put everything on the tray. We almost considered going through the drive through just to get someones attention. Digital is nice but that is no excuse to suddenly pretend that your dining room customers don't exist because that's how it is starting to feel there. This place is not worth going to. I place an order for 3 cravings boxes all with different modifications. I placed this order through door dash and it was a pick up. Now I blame myself for not checking before I left. However, as a manager in the food industry the amount of things they messed up on was just wrong. No customer service. Went through the drive through for a beefy melt burrito and 3 hard shell tacos. The burrito was supposed to have extra rice and Fiesta strips neither happened. There was also beans and chipotle sauce on it, that doesn’t come on the burrito whatsoever. And the hard shell tacos come with 1 oz of beef normally and 2 oz with the extra, combined between the 3 tacos with extra beef it had just over 2 oz. This is ridiculous, whoever trained the people in the kitchen needs to do a whole retraining. Without fail this location has messed up every order I’ve ever had, the far west location on 2700 is leaps and bounds better than this sad excuse of a restaurant

Lexi made my night just that much better knowing there are still good people in the world still. I used the drive thru tonight, just for an easy not have to cook dinner after receiving some less than ideal news from my cardiologist today. Lexi needs a raise added to her hourly wage in my opinion. Yeah it's fast food, but this note made my year. If you know me, you know the year I've had. We enjoyed the yummy Mexican Pizza with extra meat and guacamole 🥑 and 2 Taco Supremes with extra meat. Soooo Yummy! The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant was clean. Delivery of food was quick and 100% correctly prepared. I have always enjoyed Taco Bell food and this restaurant did not disappoint! Nice job Taco Bell! 5 Stars! Without fail, this taco bell location actually fills my order accurately 20% of the time and that's not an exaggeration. I don't understand what's so hard about math and reading the ticket. Ordered 2 cravings combos on the app, when I showed up to get out, my drinks weren't there nor the chips and cheese. I wish there was a closer location I could go to.....
