Overall it was a pleasant experience. The 3 star rating would ideally have been a 4 but the wine steward needs better training. Constantly asking if we wanted to have our glasses topped up was frustrating. The food was well prepared, but the portions, were too large. Thankfully hubs & I shared the starter. Nice atmosphere and the calm environment was a welcome change from the beaten path.
Food was good, huge full plate portions so plan accordingly when you are doing tasting menu. Service was awkward and unrefined. Felt like a Michelin star restaurant in training. Lots of potential.

What an amazing meal. My family and I had a great time at this wonderful restaurant. The food was was out of this world and I would recommend this place time and time again. We will be back again next year for my dad’s birthday. Thank you for the great experience and the great time.
These people know their food and service. You can see their devotion to accommodating their guests' needs. I am vegan myself and was always left amazed by the versatility of their chefs. The setup of the place is another asset because it’s made up of different rooms, so it offers privacy, no matter the size of the group of people. They have outdoor and indoor setups and a cellar which is stocked with a vast range of wines, where you can also dine. The restaurant has had a number of famous guests such as Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Keep a sharp lookout for dinners they organise where they typically bring over Michelin-starred chefs. Worth every penny.
If I could give more stars, I would. Simply incredible. From top to bottom one of the most incredible places I’ve ever eaten.
Eric made us feel incredibly welcome, as did the entire staff. The head chef did an incredible job with our table side flambé, and meeting the executive chef at the end was a very nice touch.
Our food was incredible. The bisque was fantastic, our prawn pasta prepared table side was one of, if not the best dishes I’ve ever had and our chateaubriand was cooked PERFECTLY.
Truly a hidden gem and a must visit in Gozo. I can’t wait to go back!

A top-notch restaurant for a fine dining experience. Haute cuisine- Idyllic and subtle layers of well balanced flavours presented with a delicate, simple and clean cut style on the plate. Additionally, the management is very organised and the staff is very friendly. Restaurant's interior design is quite relaxing and poshy.
Beautiful venue, food was amazing, staff were lovely except for one who was super moody. I expect he was stressed but it wouldn't kill to be more friendly, welcoming and to crack a smile.

Best meal I’ve had in Malta with an all encompassing superb experience. Everything was perfectly orchestrated, servers were knowledgeable, friendly and on point.
I did the 4 course tasting and was impressed by the creative flavors and blends. Dessert - peanut butter parfait - was to die for.
