We waited a good 15 minutes to get seated then probably 30 our food.
The dining room was pretty nice and clean, but the food was bland. Garlic shrimp and szechuan chicken was soggy and flavorless. The egg rolls and wonton soup smelled funny.

I like trying out new restaurants. This was my first time here. I ordered food for pick up and saw it was a restaurant and not just a takeout place. Food smelled great, and I couldn't wait to taste it! Food didn't disappoint. It tasted as good as it smelled.

Ordered food for my family of 4 online and had my brother go pick up. I purposely put his name as the person who was picking up so there wouldn’t be any confusions. When my brother arrived to pick up the order, the person at the front was rude and had argumentative attitude towards my brother. He called me and said they were demanding him to show the receipt. I order food all the time and have my brother pick up and no place has made it so unnecessarily difficult. My brother also used to own a restaurant where we used all the online third party pickup/delivery services. I heard the lady over the phone how rude she was towards my brother.
It was almost $60 order. But let me just say, no more business from us.
The food was so terrible. Extremely poor quality ingredients. The noodles were seasoned very unevenly. The utensils were included in the bag.
I love Chinese food even leftovers. We maybe ate half of what we had.

This review is for a pickup order, so we're not rating the service or the atmosphere as we did not dine in.
We've ordered from Szechuan Hill before and have not been disappointed, per se. But this entire experience can only be described as a huge disappointment.
We got two orders of spare ribs, one order of pork fried rice and one order of General Tso's chicken. All of these dishes should be well within the wheelhouse of any popular Chinese restaurant. It's not like we ordered Peking Duck.
The ribs were overdone, dry and had zero sauce on them.
The pork fried rice was bland, as was the General's chicken.
We've never really had a fantastic meal here, so they don't have a ton of equity built up with us in the first place, to where we could dismiss this as an off night.
This is pretty much it for us with this place. It's a shame, because it is so convenient to our home. We'll look around for a better place.

Last few time i have been in there the woman that serves and checks out. 1.Never looks happy 2. Rude when you talk to her

I was introduced to this place by a friend who loves his Peking duck a couple years ago. Because of the increasing cost in raw material, the owner said that they don't serve Peking duck any more. Such pity, but I am not mad about it. I still like many of their dishes, such as lo main, fried rice, skewer, etc.

First time visiting this restaurant. It was my lunch hour, and I tried to get something really quick for to-go. I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein, which took them just a few minutes to get ready. After I ate it, it was not too bad.
I don’t write negative reviews but I had to today. I had a very disappointing experience today. Years ago before COVID, I used to frequent this restaurant. Back then, the food and the service were very good. Now, the food was pretty awful. The server was not nice at all. She was rude and very unwelcoming. Sadly, I won’t return.
