Lovely place and great service! When you taste the food you can tell that the owner is passionately interested in cooking. Everything is homemade, using fresh ingredients, and tastes fantastic. Beeing a bit of a "foodie" I can recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. With only 4 tables available inside it can be good advice to book in advance. Just perfect! Amazing, homemade food and super friendly. We had the chicken sandwich and quiche. This was our second time here and we are definetely coming back. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best espresso in Grimstad. Tasty and surprinsing food. Clean and cozy place. Sunny people. Cold water in summer time. Roses on the tables. You have to try goulash, its a must, its hard to find a better one in Transylvania, Romania. You also have to try the quiche selection. You also have to try egg Benedict. You also…you better go there, because after two visits I understant the bistro’s name, Symbio: its impossible to say wich dish its the best 😀

Only had some coffee and tea, but was really nice. Good ambiance, very friendly staff. Definitely the best coffee I had in Norway!! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We came asking for eclairs and didn't find them. So took away waffles. These were good. So we came right back and demanded to be called when eclairs were prepared. And we took some nice looking cake home. Those were also good. As I am typing this, I am sitting outside in the front yard enjoying the masala te ( asked for it to be made with milk). It is top notch, the spices and the sweetness of honey remind my wife of the mountains of India, where we are from. I had to move inside the cafe as it started raining. The cafe is cozy. So I had a ceasers salat and the wife had a eggs Benedict. Both were superbly made and it was all fresh. I have added photos but they can't really pass the feel of the food in the mouth, the perfectly balanced taste and that wonderful feeling of having all the senses satiated at the end. We will be back for more!

GREAT food. The flavour is just perfect (best I've had in a long time). Affogato, Passionfruit Lemonade, Quiches were SO good. Even something as simple as a club sandwich was so well done. This is definitely my favorite in Grimstad
