Really pretty quaint bakery. Came from out of town and was drawn to this place simply by the looks of it. I loved the aesthetics of this place. I got the steak and cheese pie. All their pies are homemade. All pies cost $5.50. I did wonder if their pie display was too small because it gave me the feeling there were not many options. I took the last steak and cheese and I think the lady after me had wanted one because she turned right back and left. The pie was really delicious. Friendly, smiling staff. Delicious pumpkin and feta frittata with tomato relish, and steak and cheese pie. Ice mocha very refreshing.. would have been better in a mug rather than one-time use cup... But very nice with a little shade seated area in front. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lovely stuff by lovely people! A boutique bakery with a tasteful setting that reminds of an Italian gelateria. The goods are very tasty - you can feel the love they were made with. Two cafes in town - the library site has the best food selection. The mushroom vol-au-vents were really tasty and the wagon wheel slice was absolutely delicious.The one next to MSD has the BEST scones in Foxton and the TASTIEST cheese sausage rolls I’ve EVER had. Highly recommended.

I took a group of 14 elderly people here today. A good range of well priced fresh food in the cabinet. Service was faultless and the staff were very quick to deliver the food to the table. We will return and recommend to others.
