I was so excited to have my Bridal Shower at Swan House, but after 6 weeks of sending emails and management missing 2 scheduled phone calls with me (and no follow ups after) to discuss next steps in planning/booking, I’ve given up and will find a new venue. I’m so disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of communication from this place.

They have a lot to learn about tea..was served lukewarm and under brewed..quiche..sweet potato and swan best..hard rock brownie/m&ms..bread/radishes..salami..and other wierd concoctions..no take home box for us😌 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food was delicious. The atmosphere is always elegant. The tea selection was excellent. There was only 1 server for a full dining room so we had to wait a little while for our second pot of tea.
