Basically, this is a chain store. As a result, the quality difference should be between 19 and 20 and it is acceptable. However, I discovered an unexpected quality difference, just as I had in other stores. Food was not properly prepared, and the decorations were completely destroyed. Disappointed!!! Fresh ingredients, good flavour sushi. But be careful, those little plates will suck your wallet dry if you don't watch yourself.

OK Sushiro is no joke. I went in with very low expectation because it's conveyor belt sushi and it's a chain. But the quality is astoundingly high. The presentation of the sushi is properly cut and knead into shape. The fish has a juicy glossy, and the rice is just the right kind of warm that you know everything is fresh and tender. I can't speak for the entire chain, but this particular location, the chefs are solid.
