Outstanding food, friendly service, and a laid-back atmosphere. What's not to love. The fresh fish is outstanding and many of the dishes Sunshine will make himself. Make sure you try a Killer Bee! We were a group of 12 who visited Nevis for the day. Easily picked up a minibus and after the tour we were dropped at Sunshine’s bar to have the infamous killer bee. I can tell you it is a must try!! Very strong !! The food is delicious and the service is very good. Lovely atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes BBQ Ribs

On a Wednesday that played primarily Calypso. Drinks were pouring as the bar tender maintained consistency. Its one of the areas to capture a great sunset with a smoothie delight then close the night with a killer bee. The jerk chicken was mildly spice, just to note. Many moonshines to choose from as well. Got engaged this trip!! Killer Bee drink was delicious. Might have expected their ‘signature’ drink to be served in a glass not plastic though. Delicious regardless. Food was amazing. I had conch in garlic butter. Beach was right there. Locals are awesome. Nevis is only 38 sq miles. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Probably one of the most popular food places on Nevis island. It is beach fronted with plenty of covered tables, prompt and effective waiters and boasts the legendary "Killer Bee" cocktail. Everyone in our group who ate there loved their food. Service is quick and the turnover necessitates that. We had the BBQ ribs and they were excellent but, and I hate to admit it, not quite as good as the Reggae Beach Bar ones Compared to the Discovery Bar on St Nevis it is rather commercialised but not as bad as the Reggae Beach Bar which is about as close to corporate McDonslds as you can get on the islands but has the best BBQ ribs we tasted during our visit to the islands. Food untried, but the service was charming, and the atmosphere exactly what you want from a Caribbean sandy beach. Nevis is easy to get to from St Kitts. Just take a bus/taxi to Cockleshell Beech, and it's a 10-minute water taxi ride to Nevis and a short ride to Sunshine Beach. Perfect. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very chill afternoon on Nevis! The conch fritters were so tasty and loaded with conch. I had the barbecued fish, which was cooked to perfection. The wait staff hustled to make sure you always had a cold beer. I heard the killer bee rum drink was fantastic as well, but skipped that one today.
