Positives: - clean. - quick service. - Indian, Chinese & Asian food. - good & well done food. - good food varieties. Negatives: - a bit pricey. - waiters needed to be called, not paying attention to customers although, they're quick. - too noisy, small place. * It would be better to call and get the food delivered.

Price a bit high however foods were great but not anymore. Food is just average here, takes long time to serve and restaurant staff are not very attentive

Coffee is splendid, food was delicious! Can get an amazing meal here for around $3-5 KD. Come hungry, you'll need someplace to put the big serving sizes!

So bad Experience I have ever had it was my first time and last time for sure. *Manager/supervisor very Rude and unprofessional. *when you call the staff they see that we are calling they are literally ignoring. *They take orders but they don’t bring your all orders so careless when you ask the check oh my god whole time they are ignoring, when you ask your missing order why they didn’t bring one of the supervisor say to take away, why we takeaway when we came in the restaurant to eat instead of feeling sorry supervisor was very rude,Very unprofessional and disgusting👎 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person KWD 4–6

Tasty food.. bud price little high and quantity little less.. better order enough food, while sharing.. Its enterance right side of lulu cash counter.. You cant see its name anywhere (i dont kno why).. but can recognise its a restaurant. . Its beef fry and motton kadai are tasty..

The worst restaurant in Kuwait. Staffs doesn’t know what they doing and the waiter is behind the female customers thinking that lady going to marry him. Sat there for 20 min and asking for order and saying will be taking another 20 min to get it. Horrible service never suggest

Most people dont know the location of this hotel so let me start with that. Its located on the right most end when you enter LuLu. Next to LuLu Exchange. Surprisingly, there is no sign board with the name of the restaurant anywhere. The Hotel ambience is good. Clean and arranged. Has a window side view of the front side of Al-Rai Hotel staff i feel were less responsive. You had to call them each time even for a menu, which should be done voluntarily. Washroom facilities are available and are ok. Food is served hot and there is a 15-20 min preparation time on average. We ordered Noodles and Nan but it was too oily. The Paneer curry also had too much of masala i felt. But the food was served hot. Food items are priced a bit on the higher side. On a scale of 1-10, i would give a 4.5 Overall, the experience is satisfactory.
