Such a pleasant little cafe. Their drinks had the best tapiocas I’ve ever had - perfect texture and sweetness. I would recommend 25%-50% sweetness as a baseline, but you can go up or down from there depending on your sweetness preferences. You should definitely go and support this small business ASAP!! Elite oolong milk tea and a BBQ pork sandwich. Great classic foods and brings me back to memories of my childhood in Taiwan. I love that this neighborhood store just tries to provide a solid quality boba and sandwich for the right price point - and the quality is consistent, the ingredients are fresh. I get a whole meal for for $12. You can’t even get that at Burger King anymore. The CP (cost performance) value is good — other chain places now overcharge and try to go for the premium / hype….but as those squeeze for profits through mass scale, the quality goes down inevitably.
