If I could give SugarRay Bakery more than 5 stars, I definitely would! We had the most amazing experience with this local bakery and they did not disappoint. We came to the bakery with the idea of 4 separate cakes to celebrate 4 family wedding anniversaries at one time. We wanted to replicate the wedding flowers each couple had on their original wedding cakes, just on a smaller scale (6” double-barrel cakes). Rian was so helpful, patient and accommodating to our request and had such great input to solidify our vision and decorated each cake so thoughtfully. The cakes were absolutely stunning and perfectly reflected each couple’s wedding flowers. When the cakes were brought out at the restaurant, the manager and staff could not stop talking about how beautiful the cakes were, and all of our family had the same reaction. They were a beautiful surprise! Never have we been to an event where everyone raved about the flavor of the cakes, but also the frosting – delicious/addicting/perfect - amazing! The almond flavored cake was the surprising highlight, but we all ate up the chocolate and vanilla cakes as well. We have found our new bakery! Give SugarRay Bakery your business - you will not regret it!!

Absolutely love Sugar Ray Baking Company. I went there for the grand opening and got a pecan sticky bun and a raspberry scone with white chocolate drizzle. Both were absolutely delicious and amazing. Suggest getting there early. She's so good she sells out quick. Don't miss out on all her amazingness. A second trip to Sugar Ray for more delicious treats. Nutter butters, banana bread whoopie pie, and chocolate chip cookie. Everything tasted amazing and she continues to exceed my expectations on a great bakery. Love the variety she has from day to day. Back for more delicious bakery items. Got a delicious apple cider donut whoopee pie today. She never disappoints.

Amazing, amazing experience! She got me in last minute and created the perfect inspired cake! It was artfully done, and so good! I would 10000% recommend to anyone looking for custom orders done! I’ve attached a picture of the inspiration vs her version! My photos really don’t do it justice!

We cannot say thank you enough to Ryan and the SugarRay Baking Co. team for making the most unbelievable wedding cake, blueberry gallets and whoopie pies! From the first bite of at our tasting, it was love at first bite! Even my husband who falls into the “doesn’t really like cake” camp quickly decided “okay but I do love this cake!” upon tying it.
Ryan made it easy to coordinate from out-of-state and now we have a new must visit spot whenever we come through the area because the lemon blueberry cake is life changing! Thank you for everything!
